If you bought a Xencelabs tablet because you had grown tired of poor updates and software from Wacom, stand by for a worse experience.
So much promise for these tablets yet those ex- Wacom staff who started Xence Labs seem to have taken all the software problems and glitches with them!
Glitchy drivers, a nightmare to use when plugging a MacBook Pro in to another screen- and the pen! Aghhh! Try and get a right click to work, Just awful. Am I going back to Wacom because they are the less of two evils? Yep, sure- at least they only mad me swear once a month, not every 10 seconds like No-Xence Labs.

I Wanted to love this tablet and this company. Had really positive experience in the honeymoon period of the tablet but quickly the veneer started peeling off, leaving a really rough and unpleasant drawing experience. Have contacted twice about the issue and received no reply.

Excellent customer service.

Unfortunately i bought the Tablet and realized too late it doesn't have a screen.

But the customer service was extremely helpful and canceled the order and refunded the money within 5 days.

I hope you will soon have a tab with a screen as well.

Switched from Cintiq to Xencelabs and couldn't be happier with this. Amazing packaging that feels really premium, high end build materials and allows me to have a great workflow on Photoshop.
10/10 recommend

I own a Xencelabs tablet as well as another major brand that rhymes with Bacom and use both on a regular basis (one at the office, one at the home office).

The Xencelabs is more responsive to my touch and feels more like drawing on a piece of paper. Ergonomically, I prefer the overall feel of the tablet surface. The included pencil stylus and replacement nibs are a very helpful value add for me.

Furthermore, my workflow is more efficient, thanks to the handy dandy add-on Quick Keys interface.

I come from decades of using pen tablets and displays from the industry leaders. Being a full time animator, an 18 + hour day behind a pen display is not unusual. When Xencelabs introduced their tablets, I put one through its paces. I'll say this; I have since given away or sold me previous tablets from other manufacturers. Xencelabs is that good! Their tablets themselves are very well designed but then there's the game changer; Quick Keys. My animation life changed exponentially for the better. Quick Keys is like having a trusty sidekick next to you at the helm for every project.
Xencelabs also includes 2 styluses (styli?), one designed as expected and the other slimmer, more pen like. Both feel great.
The Xencelabs team are extremely helpful answering questions and it's very apparent they love the product they represent.
It just makes xence!

Ive been using xencelabs tablets for more than one year, and the experience is amazing.
The construction of the tablets and the pens are top of the line, no cheap plastics, they are robust, i now use two tablets, the medium that i have in the studio and the small that i use at home and take on the road.
The software its just perfect, it realy works, no problems with microsoft ink, no nead to use hacks to make it work on photoshop.
The team from Xencelabs is just amazing, alwais ready to help, and trust me, im annoying, im alwais asking stuff, they alwais reply, thank you.
before xencelabs came to the market i used that "other" brand, i cant remember were i put the "other" brand tablet that i used, and i dint miss it.
Cant wait to see what new products Xencelabs will develop.

I had been a Wacom user for a few years but became frustrated with their tablets, poorly made, just not as good as I wanted. Then I tried the XenceLabs medium as recommended and ended up buying two, one medium and small for travel. LOVE the QuickKeys, game changer. I like the fact that the company has ex Wacom employees, they understand where the shortfalls are in the tablet market, the bundles are very competitively priced under Wacom. Great support and glad I’m a XenceLabs customer now. I saw some previous feedback on here and it felt more like a deliberate attack on XenceLabs, personally I love the product and a great alternative to Wacom if you’re looking for a new, professional tablet option - 5 stars ⭐️

Had the Pen Tablet Bundle for a few months now and genuinely had no issues.

Being left-handed the Quick Keys is a very welcome addition as I stopped using the Function Keys on my previous Wacom tablets as it meant having to reach across the front of myself to use them.

Solid build. Drivers that work well. Does what it says on the tin 😃

As for other products in the line ... it's early days ... I'm sure we'll be seeing more.

I switch to Xencelabs from Wacom after trying their tablets at a trade show. I have to say, my drawing experience has totally changed for the better. Clearly a lot of thought went into the product and the experience, and the customer service is great. I cannot fault it.

This company is a joke. Most are former Wacom employees. Some even make fun of Wacom during their streams. Now, I am not a Wacom fan. But that is not professional.

Also, they claim to be innovative yet they only have pen tablets. In order to become a real player they have to start releasing more products. Sorry. They are falling behind.

Also, some of their employees are not trustworthy at all. Speak to them at a conference and you can tell they are there not to build a community but to push their devices. Sorry. They need to work on community development.

I do not expect them to be around too long.

I bought the Quick Keys. The product doens't charge the battery. I complained with their support and they told me that since I didn't buy it from an "official reseller" the warranty is invalid and they will do nothing.
