I got a costume that was missing gloves, and when I emailed customer service for help, they immediately got on it right away. I was also even able to exchange the size. They were so helpful and understanding. The cosplay itself was also of great quality, and I would definitely purchase it again.

First the customer service was great and warm. The product I ordered was actually as described. The shipping was fast on time. When I wear the Mandalorain kit out I always get compliments. Definitely recommend if looking for cosplay that's affordable and top notch product.

Xcoser has very good customer service and they allowed me to buy parts of the costume that I need from their Kylo Ren Premium costume. I am pleased with the quality of the pieces which allowed me to make only minimal modifications to suit my needs.

I bought this helmet with low expectations due to the lack of quality from Cybercraft and Black Series helmets. However, Xcoser has far outdone themselves, the detail, weathering, even the blending between colours is magnificent. I went with extra shipping and it came even earlier than what I had paid for. Customer service was reliable and quick and easy to communicate with. Will definitely be purchasing other items soon! -----feedback from KhanYa Sin
