More than a month and nothing at the door don't even answer your damn phone nor email worth a crap and you rip me i demanded my money back damn it

Absolute scam of a.product.Ordered some in November 24 and was given tracking number but produce never arrived. Attempted to email them and response was package sent back to factory as undeliverable. Asked to be sent again and was told it was resent. Never arrived and constant requests for refund are totalyy ignored. They are totally unreliable and warn all buyers to NOT purchase from them.

Bunch of scammers, I ordered last 11 January, tracking number was sent to email. Last 01 Feb. I did not receive any info prior to the delivery, I just saw when I checked the tracking number that it was delivered past 7pm. No one delivers at past 7pm here in our area unless you’re a grab food delivery. I even check all CCTV’s at home no one came around that time. Even the door ring camera did not capture any one around that time and even before that time. On top of it, I was at home the whole time that day. Never entrust your money and confidence at these scammers.

January 15, 2025 is when I ordered. when I looked at the tracking that they sent me it said they didn’t have any information on the status. $70 down the drain . Definitely scammers, don’t waste your money

I ordered this product on January 18,2025 and I have not received anything and I've sent several emails and have gotten no answer.

Just ordered and after reading reviews there are so many people saying scam and not received anything can I confirm that I will receive mine or is there anyone who can assure me otherwise

Bought a product on december 24th 2024. Received an e-mail of the order being sent on January 9th 2025, and then nothing more. Tried mailing them, but no response. Probably a scam.

Definitely a scam needs to be reported do not use.

I ordered, paid with a discount different from what was promised, NEVER GOT A MESSAGE, never got anything. NEVER A FEEDBACK on my complaint. never - 90$ wasted.,. my order does not even exist if i try to search on the website. this site is a scam. AVOID

These people are a scam. I bought the product nearly a month ago and still no product. I have sent 4 messages to customer services and have recieved nothing in return. Do not buy from Xara Shilijant.

I ordered the product on January 17, 2025. It’s now January 28, 2025. And still no product! I will be contacting my bank to reverse this charge and seeing how to report this company

Same complaint as many others. I ordered the product, they charged my card, received an email that my order was processed and on its way, try to track it with the numbers given and “not found”. I received nothing, sent emails with no response, this company is pure garbage and a bunch of scammers. Do not fall for any of their BS. I’m out my money and hopefully nobody else will fall for this.

Order not received after 10days...contact email don't exist..

I placed my order 3 weeks ago and received it today. It comes from china i so you have to be patient with the shipping.

I see all the reviews about no contact and not finding your order. I went through the same thing. I don't remember exactly when I ordered, but, long enough ago that I gave up on the order. I received it today. Be patient as far as receiving the order. The company does suck as far as responding and tracking orders, but, I did receive my 4 months supply. Now, let's see of it actually works.

Order took over a month to get here. Will not reply to multiple sent emails. Do not recommend at all.
