I love this company for LLC creation and management.
The website was easy to use, the staff was responsive to my questions, and the reminders kept my LLC compliant.
I would definitely use them again.

They never respond to email, only deliver half service. The support helps you before placing the order. AFTER THEY IGNORE YOU!

I have used Buffalo Registration Agents since August 2018. Their service has been remarkable, affordable, on time and accurate. I highly recommend using them as your agent. I use their office for all mail which is forwarded immediately to me in Texas.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Beatrice at Buffalo Registered Agents, and I can honestly say she was an absolute angel. She spent nearly two hours on the phone with me, patiently answering all my questions and guiding me step by step through the process.

They registered everything just fine and changed the LLC to be taxed as s-corp. The issue lies in the mail room at Gould St. whoever is handling mail there is not paying any attention and is not even trying to match addresses. They actually put my mail into a virtual box for an address in a completely different city. They didn't just do it once but TWICE.

Can you imagine paying so little attention that you receive mail in Sheridan and think it belongs in a virtual box for Cheyenne!?

I'm sorry but you can't be trusted with anyone's mail period. I also want to be clear that I'm not really sure the people at Gould St mailroom even work for buffalo registered agents because Gould St also handles northwest agents mail so it's probably not even buffalos fault directly but since buffalo relies on their service it's still a serious problem.

These folks are wonderful. They are always ontime with our notices and filings and recently notified us of a new FinCent requirement we had missed.

This review is for a company WITHOUT a presence on Google Maps (this should be a Warning Sign):

Unfortunately, it seems they won’t respond to emails, that entail questions regarding things that may not result in additional income for them.

Also, the pricing of $149 per year all inclusive, is not true; it's actually over 40% greater: $211. Here is the actual break down:
- $100 State Fee
- $62 Service Fee
- $49 Retainer Fee

In my experience, there was a lack of integrity. This could be problematic, if they're your attorney. Another illustration of this is in the attached pics:
1) "Rated 5 out of 5 stars by 18 of our customers on Google+" Well if there are 180 reviews, and only 18 are 5-Star, there'd be a real problem. This data ("5 out of 5 stars by 18") is meaningless.
2) The URL they provide does not goto Google, and googling "Google Review of Buffalo Registered Agents LLC" does not yield ANY results of such reviews on Google or Google Maps. This data ("5 out of 5 stars by 18") is meaningless.

Now on the plus side, their online portal is phenomenal. Everything is super easy (even setting up a new LLC), easy to use, and extremely easy to renew every year. When there are any adjustments to be made, or files to be downloaded, it is super easy to locate, edit, access, and download any necessary files.

The portal is so good, that using it was actually a surprising breath of fresh air.

SCAM, Stay Away. The worst agents I've used, they never reply to emails, customer service is terrible, reps are rude, they charge hundreds of dollars for mailing business docs which they fraudulently advertise a service for and take days and weeks to ship out. DO NOT RECOMMEND and absolutely do not rely on them for your critical business documents or they'll screw you. Because of the extreme delay in mailing our critical business documents they've put our business operations seriously behind and we've already lost money. Don't use them ever, it's not worth it. I'll be cancelling all my services with them going forward.

This company has slowly dropped from 5 stars down to half a star.. they are very quick to bill, but they do not answer emails, the number (307) 554-1800, is never answered.. Definitly going to stop doning business with them..

I set up my business one month ago. I have been confused about the address used to set up my company whether it is virtual or a physical location. Although the rep stated its a physical location, I have been trying to figure out if credit bureaus etc will accept that address. One company stated they cannot accept the address for company verification. The Sheridan Buffalo Registered agents office where I set everything up through is not very helpful and their Corporate phone service I signed up for does not work even after I was advised to upgrade my phone. However the phone service team is soo helpful. so thats why Buffalo Registered agents received 3 stars instead of 2.

If you are living outside the US, avoid these guys at all costs. It is run by one person who is using different random names in every email to avoid accountability. Not only did they fail to register my LLC, they failed to refund, claiming that Visa was not processing refunds. Instead, they said they only refund via a check to U.S. address, the only option they know I cannot access since I'm a non-US person. In my quest for a refund, I was taken round and round for weeks, always ending up at a demand for a US address for sending a check. So I lost my money and they failed to deliver the service. It has all the hallmarks of a huge scam. Don't be tempted by their ultra low prices!

I am very pleased with the work of these guys. I even recommended their services to my friend, and he was also satisfied. I ordered an LLC and EIN , and it was done. If you have any questions or issues, these guys will quickly respond and help! I highly recommend them!

As a foreigner it was hard choosing a company to help me open an LLC, I'm so glad I choose them, they are friendly, answer any questions I have and had my LLC in 2 days! So glad I choose them!

The LLC I ordered was up and running within no time. We had a registered business address in Wyoming at no extra cost (unlike some other companies). Then, as promised, an Employer Identification Number (EIN) from the IRS was approved within a month. Perfect. Not pushy, not flashy, just friendly, efficient, reasonably priced service. Thank you.

I opened my LLC and got EIN by Buffalo Registered Agents. After the service was completed, they still help me out with my questions even though some of the services that I looked for were not provided by them. I appreciate their attentive help and suggestions. To form LLC and get EIN, the service was really efficient.

The charges are reasonable and the online services are userfriendly.

I received reminders for renewal months before they were due.
