I paid £8.95 for next-day delivery on a £19.52 order, but the order wasn’t dispatched as next-day and wasn’t even sent with tracking. My order (#14533) still hasn’t arrived, and I have no idea where it is.

Paying nearly £9 for next-day delivery should mean the order actually arrives the next day or at least comes with tracking. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen in this case.

Lesson learned: if you need something quickly, it’s probably better to drive to the store and collect it yourself rather than rely on their next-day delivery service.

Fantastic customer service. When my order failed to be delivered in expected timescales due to Royal Mail issue - they immediately sent a replacement on next day delivery in order to be received prior to a large function.

I genuinely can not fault your service, communication and empathetic attitude.

Nice to experience in today's online shopping world.

Will certainly use again

I recently ordered several items from Wyedeanstores.com on August 18, and my order was delivered on September 3, 2024. The shopping experience was fairly straightforward. The website had a user-friendly interface, making it easy to find and select the items I needed.

However, having stumped up £75.00 for freight,for something that was 137g
I do feel that I did encounter some delays in shipping, which was a tad disappointing.
While I acknowledge the goods were being delivered to Australia, there are sometimes outside factors can cause delays, it would have been helpful to have more timely updates regarding my order status. Communication from the company could definitely be improved to enhance the overall experience.

On a positive note, the items I received were of exceptional quality, matching the descriptions on the website. It's clear that they offer a variety of products, noting that they are an official Contractor to the MOD.

Overall, my experience with Wyedeanstores.com was mixed. While I was satisfied with the quality of the products, the shipping costs and delay was a drawback. I hope they can improve their delivery times and communication in the future. If you’re considering shopping with them, just be mindful of potential shipping delays, if you’re purchasing outside the UK.

However I would like to add that prior to committing to my order, I had various exchanges in communication with a young lady in their sales team who might I add did go above and beyond to provide me with a response.

Would I use them again?
I would have no hesitation with using Wyedean Stores in the future.

My son, working for government dept., was issued with hand sanitizer from this company when working in the office. Now, once again working from home, he wanted to buy some of the same make as it protects against Covid. I found the company online, placed an order and had delivery withing 2 days. Very efficient service and this particular product is very good.
