Sadly one of the worst companies I’ve worked with. B2B they shipped our order, half was damaged, completely broken or missing. We let them know immediately with proof and offered to return the items not fit for purpose, they ignored our requests and kept trying to get us to pay for the full order. Whilst we were happy to pay for the items fit for purpose we refused to pay for the damaged items some which could only have been damaged before shipping. Because of this we eventually had to go to court and we loss a lot of money because of the greediness and unprofessionalism of this company. I can understand mistakes happen, but it’s how you respond that matters.

I don't often write reviews for companies, however i think this one deserves a shout out. I was gifted a candle from my workplace as I have just moved into my first home and unfortunately the wick would just burn out immediately. I contacted WXY and spoke to Matt, Matt was so incredibly helpful, polite and just an example of what great customer service is. The problem was swiftly remediated and they have shipped a replacement candle out to me. Even though i had the initial problem with the candle (which i hold no resentment with because regardless of business size, problems can occur, we are all human) I will 100% be a regular customer, then scent of the candle is just 10/10, I have honestly never fell in love with a scent quite as much as i did with candle 519 and im looking forward to receiving the replacement so i can actually burn it too. Thank you WXY & Matt for a great experience so far. 🫶🏼

The wooden wicks are awful.
Doesn’t burn the site in a pool of wax until it goes out complete waste of money .

Unfortunately based on my recent experience I can't recommend this product or indeed the company. I contacted them to say that the candle had a fragrance when cold however when lit lost that completely. The email I received explained to me how a candle works which was kind of them but not really necessary but no actual resolution was offered so basically a fob off.On the plus side it does have a nice looking holder,that's why 2 stars given.

I have been obsessed with the Eos scent for a while but finally treated myself to the Eos king sized candle... I was not disappointed, I LOVE it. I am obsessed with the smell and the size of the candle looks amazing as a centre piece on my kitchen island. I also ordered the deep purple matches and they look great together.

Smell wonderful but the wooden wick candles are terrible - the wick burns too quickly and the wax doesn’t have time to evaporate. Now I’m left with a £32 candle that I can’t burn and can’t return to the shop as I’ve used it.

Cannot stop repurchasing these incredible candles - they’re taking over my flat. Always complimented on how nice it smells by visitors - my absolute favourites are the 519 with the wood wick (it’s not called the ‘Room Filler’ for nothing) and the King Sized Bed candle (can confirm that the King Sized Juiced candle smells delicious too). The incense cones in Oudh also smell amazing, burn really well and I love repurposing the chic jars and boxes for pens, makeup brushes and jewellery. They also make great gifts. Can’t wait to see what else these guys do, love the brand - will continue to spread the wxy word!

BED is my not so secret guilty pleasure. Friends always remark on the warm fragrance in my home when it’s lit. I am on my second large candle and it’s great value for money. The scent of Wxy BED is more luxurious than comparable high end candles and lasts much longer. It has an even burn and the frosted glass container means it complements lots of rooms and decor. I highly recommend the Wxy range, BED in particular. Go on spoil yourself, you won’t be disappointed.

These candles are absolute luxury, I have the Green Roam candle, the scent is beautiful and fills the room. The customer service has always been 10/10 above and beyond. I will be back!

Gorgeous candles! From the packaging to the candle itself, to the scent. I bought one for myself and then another 3 for my friends who all loved them too. Highly recommend, very reasonable pricing, and ticks all the boxes!

Love the range of candles Wxy, they fill the room with fragrance and burn really well. I now have my whole family on them. The reed diffusers are amazing and last a lot longer than any other brand I've come across. Highly recommend the velvet woods & amber!

I have been so pleased with the incense that I bought from this company! It lasts much longer than other incenses that I have bought in the past and smells so much better also!

I have candles and a reed diffuser from wxy and absolutely love them both!! They smell amazing and look fab. I have since bought some as gifts for my friends who also love them! Will be purchasing again (and again).

I LOVE the WXY candles, I have had 2 candles and diffuser and they all smell incredible. The candles have a really long burn time and make the whole room smell divine. The diffuser lasts ages and compared to any other diffusers I have had before continues to make the room smell lovely! Really happy - will definitely purchase again

I cannot believe that this incredibly expensive candle has absolutely zero smell once lit. I also had to relight the wick three times before it properly lit up. I got a cinnamon fragranced one which smelled amazing unlit, now it smells of nothing lit or unlit. Absolute rip off. Avoid.
