First off

First off - as a housing association I couldn’t fault them. My housing officer was very quick to respond to any messages sent and the maintenance side of things were also very quick and efficient.
My only grumbles would be the “rules” and the leniency towards other tenants.
I feel that the rules are way too slack which then creates bitterness between neighbours and awkward living conditions.
Maybe my situation was an exception due to the estate being very tightly squished in and the tenants choosing to socialise out at the front of the square which in turn ment that I was having to push my way through people just to get to my front door.
My final gripe was when I stepped out to take my little dog for a walk only to get attacked by one of my neighbours dogs!! She has got three very dangerous and unsolicialised dogs squashed into her 3 bedroomed house with her husband and two children and she accidentally left her front door open!! I managed to pick my dog up just in time but these 3 dangerous dogs were circling us and jumping up at me. My dog got bitten and had to go to the vets for treatment and I felt terrified to step outside of my flat again after that.
This is a prime example of the rules being too slack. I have now moved to a council property where it is strictly 1 dog or two cats per household.
Sadly my lasting memories of wales and west housing will be that nasty dog attack, it has ruined my poor little dogs confidence and it could have easily been prevented.

Excellent service

Excellent service, comprehensive valuation. Very professional, friendly and pleasant service from Sarah Stockwell at the Milford Haven office. We have used West Wales in the past to sell a property and would definitely use them again. Good communication with everyone we had contact with.

£800 a month to live in a 1 bed flat for what??

Such bizzare policy’s for a housing company.
Chooses to house vulnerable people yet, you don’t safeguard any of them. They don’t help any of them. They don’t implement their own tenancy policy, so people can technically do what they want, whether that be harassing other tenants assaulting them, or even turning up at their door, wales and west will do nothing.
From the responses I’ve had to every issue I’ve ever raised, Its pretty obviously this House and company is literally only interested in taking your money & not the slightest bit interested in supporting you.

I’ve been told by workers for this company to ring the police about people not following the tenancy agreement as wales and west can’t do anything???

Why would I ring the police and waste emergency services and tax payers money on something that isn’t there responsible to sort?

Also dk what the point in paying for supported accommodation when the support workers are not here majority the time.

And a housing officer Allison who gets paid to tell disabled tenants the solution to not being assulted is to ignore the person who has assaulted and harrased you & around your own property, instead of actually dealing with it, disgusting.

Utterly terrible

Disgusting response from them when you report drugs abuse, disturbance , violence, my whole neighbour hood suffering in the hand of their tenant, a drug dealer and prostitution in his flat , 2am 3 am disturbance and anti social , and when you report to police they lie to the police about their CCTVs not working properly, they told us we can't kick the drug dealer out because he is paying his rent . So as long us u pay your rent u can grow a cannabis and set your drug business in their property they don't care . They don't care about ur complains or safty .

Only giving a star because minus isn't…

Only giving a star because minus isn't a option.

I live in 1 of their flats. I have many health issues including the heart.

I have a neighbour upstairs who had thretened me & my family and is constantly jumping on his floor directly above the kids bedroom. What action is taken ? Well it's the job of the tax payer to sort (the council) and not the responsibility of the landlord (wwha) even tho they are responsible for the tenancies & collect the rent. And I wonder WHEN the tax payer is going to get fed up of this ?

I am also a registered medical cannabis patient. When I raised complaints about my neighbour above my housing officer went behind my back and set up a meeting with the police that I knew nothing of until I was given a time & date. They tried telling me that I was only permitted CBD. Needless to say this meeting didn't happen with the police as I put them straight on my medicine.

Then the housing association tells me that I'm not allowed to medicate inside my own home. I explain to them that it's not safe for me to be outside with such a violent neighbour and that they can't make me go outside. Its known as discrimination.

I explains to "Andrew"(my housing officer alex's manager apparently) after putting the organisation under a privacy Notice for the breech of privacy that occurred when this meeting was set up behind my back with "alex my housing officer & jasmine from the asbo team deliberately tried getting me into trouble that I don't want him contacting me and infact that stands for all 3 names mentioned. Today I receive a email from Andrew telling me I can't break a contract by not allowing him to contact Me..

Well after all ghe trauma he is allowing on my family for over the last 6 whole months I simply just don't wanna talk to him or the other 2. I'm a nice guy who causes no issues and I don't allow trash into my world and I WONT BE FORCED into doing anything and I base that on my human rights so Andrew I think that'd "jenga" unfortunately for you and your contract that alex has already broken by interfering in my life and bringing detriment & stigma into my world.

Honestly people PLEASE AVOID GROUND FLOOR FLATS UNLESS YOUR UPSTAIRS NEIGHBOUR IS OVER 75 as the last flat cost my late wife her life and WWHA are forcing me to live it all again.

The CE office is the worse tho with the director of housing saying to me after I explained my issues and I quote " Mr Jones you do talk alot"..

No respect atall. They demand the world and give you nothing but violations on your life. And by god DONT COMPLAIN because that's just the silly thing to do UNLESS you wanna be victimised.

Straight & factful as I have no reason to lie.

Absolutely disgusting

Absolutely disgusting. A roof leak that’s been going on for over 5 years and still nothing being done. Woke up to my flat flooded, phoned them multiple times over the last few months and still nothing. Previous tenants had made complaints but suddenly nothing is on the system. I got a child under 5 living at the property. I’ve kept photo and video evidence, previous tenants also got evidence of the leak too. Disgusted by the company and reading other reviews just explains how bad it is

Very poor organisation. Incompetent and lethargic. Abdication of responsibilities. Requests for information disappears in a black hole in the organisation, never to be seen again. Tried to get hold of an individual multiple times but cannot be reached. Frustrating.
