Ordered my dog a pick and mix biscuits selection to try out as he has s sensitive tummy, that was about 2 months ago, emailed to say I hadn’t received my order and no reply , wasn’t a lot of money but they’d not the point

I'm sorry to hear you've not received your order. I can see from our records you ordered at 17.04 on the 11th November and this was then despatched on 12th November using Royal Mail 1st class post.
I have checked through my inbox but i have not received an email to say there was a problem with this order, therefore i please accept my sincere apologies now for the missing Lick N Mix.
I will of course refund the purchase price immediately and send you a fresh order FOC.

Hannah at wuffitmix could not be more helpful, but the courier used is not the best. Waited in on day of delivery and they turned up never rung the door bell , claimed we said we would on a 50 mile round trip to collect it, which we didnt.
The product is great the co, is great just sort out the transport.
