I placed order for spare parts for my trailer which I also paid for, one month later I have no parts nor the money. All i received was order confirmation and one email from the owner after several urgencies and unanswered phone calls, saying that they have vacation in week 33 and 34. Order was placed on monday week 32 and now its week 36.
