First encounter was with my wife's car, which was towed in by the AA after it hit a pot hole with significant damage. James and his team were fantastic and sorted it out within 3 days. I have since taken my E Class there for some repairs & an MOT. The service is brilliant, I don't understand some of these negative reviews - always two sides. I will always take my cars here from now, honest, reliable, decent prices - what more could you ask for. 6 stars in my opinion.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Car broke down taken by AA to WT Bell. They agreed to fix vehicle and told me how much it would be and how long it would take 1-2 weeks. A month later after a couple of phone calls, the car still wasn’t fixed! Apparently the mechanic had a bad back!

8 weeks later still no car, and fobbed off with excuses… 10 weeks later they finally start work on my car ( head gasket gone) … it takes them over 2 weeks to do the repair only to find when they pressure test it’s not worked, and I need a new engine! They had the balls tk keep me waiting 12 weeks to tell me my car was only good for scrap and gave me a huge bill with nothing to show for it!

These aren’t mechanics they are cowboys!!! There’s nothing professional about them apart from the showroom! Don’t be fooled!!!

Absolutely disgusting behavior from an employee!I witnessed a male employee being aggressive and swearing at a woman and threatening her with physical violence..this person needs to be sacked! Never again will I use this company and I'll recommend to anyone I know not to either..

I bought a car from here and on inspection and test drive I found a few issues which were all sorted upon purchase of the car which I was extremely happy with. Adam was brilliant, kind helpful and a genuine guy and queries I had were sorted quickly. I couldn’t recommend this dealer enough, it’s probably the best experience I’ve had with a car dealer. Bought a lovely car from here. Sales process was excellent and some after sales niggles were dealt with straight away. I was shown all around the car, even to where all the switches etc were, plus it came with enough petrol to keep me going for a few days. Highly recommend this company.

Took my Volvo XC60 in with a fault that two previous garages failed to diagnose and met their Mechanic Christian. He not only admitted the diagnostic texts he ran did not go far enough into what he thought was the problem but rang Volvo UK and confirmed it with them (missed a recall on the EGR Valve and Oil Cooler),

He went that extra mile and convinced and arranged with our warranty company that the car needed to be seen by a Volvo main dealer. The car was duly repaired at a cost of £1000.00 and thanks to Christian at W.T. BELLS who only charged us £45,00 to make the diagnosis and all the arrangements, Many thanks again you are a credit to your profession and wish that there were more like yourself about!
