Jay was very polite well manured and great in communicating helped me every step of the way with my policy it was a pleasure speaking with him. You need more people like Jay to work with you as he has a lot of patience and even repeated some details to me that I didn’t fully understand with so much politeness.

Have had two cars insured with Mercedes insurance for 15 years . I have 25 years NCD and have had one minor no fault claim when another driver hit my wing mirror. I am a 58 year old professional living in a low risk post code. My renewal through Wrisk has increased my premium from under £400 last year to a monthly quote that equates to £1950 per year. When I called to ask if there had been an error was treated offhandedly by customer services who said there could not have been an error and that this was their position and all but hung up. Terrible terrible mistake by Mercedes

Absolute joke of an Insurance company to put it politely. Insuredy car through BMW ‘Flex’ car insurance. They advertise that the product is a rolling subscription service and changes can be applied to the ‘subscription’ at anytime unlike a normal 12 month Policy. My 50/50 claim was finally over five years old so I called them to remove it. Was told lies on recorded calls that the claim has no bearing on my price. Requoted on their site and managed to save £10 a month removing said claim. Tried to raise a formal complaint and Phil Jenkinson (Complaints and Fraud Manager) who couldn’t be bothered to call me back, decided to send me a ‘Final Response’ again stating (after I just saved £10 a month removing the claim) that apparently it has no bearing on my price!! Tried to call to speak to Phil’s manager was outright refused and told more lies on a recorded call. Advisor claimed she was trying to ‘de-escalate’ the situation and all she did was make it worse by gaslighting their customer. So in response they then decided to cancel my Policy with 7 days notice. The service I received was absolutely abysmal and their was no professionalism and just attempted to sweep the situation under the rug and ignore my email response. Don’t even waste your money with this Company. Literally tried to stop me saving £120+

After 19 years as a customer of Mercedes insurance and with only one claim for a broken windscreen and no points on my licence, after Wrisk took over the Mercedes account, they declined to renew my insurance based on my address. There is nothing wrong with my address and I was able to get quotes from all the major insurers with absolutely no problems. Looking at other complaints about this company I am wondering of it is age profiling. I am 76. It is of course illegal to discriminate on age. Are they using address as an excuse. Awful company, just do not use.

… a credit to the company ⭐️x … the professional and also personal approach of Kellie, who we spoke to on the telephone to set up our motor insurances !! A massive thank you for “time explaining and to achieve the actual set-up for direct debits for each of us - all via the telephone”. The cars are smiling / so are we 🌟xX

Told me that my insurance on my citreon c3 will no longer be valid after the 10th April 2025 after midnight,so I cancelled the direct debit, even though I'm paid up to be insured until April 10th 2025 after me canceling the direct debit so no more money could be taken from my account for wrisk they told me im no longer insured because I cancelled the direct debit,so explain to me even though I've received 2 e mails from this really diabolical and shambles of a company, telling me ill no longer be insured after the 10th of April and my policy will not be renewed, that because I cancelled the direct debit I won't be insured atall, even though I'm paid up,upto the 10th of April, and I advise no one to use this and I do want to use a really bad word but can't as they are a shambles of a company and should be investigated by either the FCA or by the BANKING ONBUDSMEN.ive now been asked by wrisk to explain the experience I had, well you sent me an email which ive kept telling me I won't be insured with you at midnight on the 10th April 2025,you took the money of £138.52 from my account on March 10th 2025,a few days later I received your email mail telling me that you are not renewing my policy,so at that point even though I know I'm paid up till April 20th 2025 I cancelled the direct debit for wrisk which I know as you told me you won't be renewing,3 days later you sent me another email telling me that my bank had informed you I had cancelled the direct debit to wrisk at which point in continued to say that because I had cancelled the direct debit that I won't be able to claim anything if I had any sort of car accident, even though I was paid up to the 10th April 2025,so you made me reinstall the direct debit to you so I would be covered until the end of the policy in April.so explain to me now wrisk why would you do this.

I had to get my new car insured. I was replacing my old car which was insured with Wrisk. All I had to do was fill in the new details and Wrisk cancellled my previous car's insurance and gave me a quote for the new car which I considered very favourable and was able to accept.

Despite providing 12 years NCD proof and having car insurance with them for 2+ years they will only provide a maximum of 9 years NCD when leaving. If you want to build up your NCD beyond 9 years DON’T USE THIS INSURER! How BMW can recommend such a company is beyond me.

After speaking with (what I feel like was majority of the staff at Wrisk/Land Rover) I finally came across a member of your team called John, to which I came in wishing to make a complaint regarding the price of the policy, I’d never thought I’d come out laughing at the end of the call, he was professional and managed to get the price down with such ease by offering something as voluntary excess! Just wanted to let you know that he has been extremely helpful and when the line cut off he called me right back before I could enter you phone number!

Wonderful staff - sorted out a very complex problem. I could never have done it myself! Nothing was any problem. Ask for Jay he is very professional.

I’ve always insured with JLR insurance and the guarantee it brings regarding genuine parts and JLR professionals.
Now they have moved to Wrisk they can’t provide me with a quote and can’t tell me why.
I’ve been driving for 45 years, full NCD, always had a clean driving licence, do about 5,000 miles a year, retired, car has tracker, alarm and parked on drive with CCTV.
It’s pathetic and they say they may be able to give me a quote next time. Well that won’t happen and it’ll put me off buying another JLR vehicle.
Every other insurance company is only too happy to quote.

wrisk transfer; Nigle Barton and Nimeshh patel are the head of a truly unprofessional organisation resulting in malpractice and unprofessionalism at the highest point. effics and codes of practice are virtually non existent. before partnering with wrisk become an undercover customer first as your name will be tarnished.

I had an accident with my mini insurance underwritten by these people. I was in hospital for heart checks after an accident, in the day after I got home I was called to say that my policy would be cancelled even though the car is in the middle of an insurance claim. This completely breaches Consumer Duty obligations but they just don’t care. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

Shambolic company and even worse customer service.
I started my policy with them with accumulated 11 years of NCB and after complete a year with my NCB protected without any claim they send me a email with 9 years on it.When i contacted CS very uninformative person called Boau simply said that is maximum they can give.No explanation just repeatedly saying that it is all they give.
Another thing is that they after a year of safe driving they increased my insurance premium by 47%.SHOCKING.I will contact BMW about them.

I renewed my Volvo insurance but they put the policy in the name of the named driver and not me as policyholder. When I rang to correct it they would not speak to me and I had to get the named driver to call. I have been informed that the only way to rectify their error is to cancel the policy and renew it. I am sending complaint letters to the Wrisk CEO and Volvo. A pity that I cannot give no stars.
