The quartz fitters D Kenyon were excellent In and out in no time. Left it all nice & clean. Kitchen fitters Andrew & Stephen were also excellent and worked around us as it was a brand new space where the kitchen was being fitted. 2nd Wren kitchen we have had (different houses). We’re very happy with the service from start to finish.

49460385. after my first review of 5 stars for Wren i really should of waited. word of warning please check, check and check again what is covered in the fitting cost. i paid wren over £4000 to fit my kitchen and also received an invoice from the fitter of £2098 with a list of work that you would believe is covered in the £4000 fitting cost. i even have to pay extra to the fitter for the tooling to fit the flooring when i have already paid wren for my floor to be fitted. i will be taking my contract and fitters invoice to get further advise on if i have been mis lead or conned in anyway. to be contuined.................

Terrible experience!
There are so many areas to discuss but I’ll keep it brief and list the issues.
Installers not showing up and when they do they turn up late.
Extra charges that were not mentioned when at the design appointment.
40 minute waiting times regardless of the time you have called.
Each call that I have made regarding my refund I am given a different reason why refund has not been payed.
Refund issue is still ongoing.
Terrible customer service and client after care.
