He helped us visualise the potential of the space and designed an effective, efficient and stunning new kitchen, his dedication to customer service is the best I've ever encountered. He is friendly, approachable and such a genuine person, every interaction with him was an absolute pleasure regardless if it was planning details or reporting a perceived problem.
All aspects of the kitchen from design, to delivery to worktop template and install we clearly communicated, arrived in the given time slots, all staff were professional and pleasant, very respectul of our house and made sure things were delivered to collected with utmost care.

James newton dealt with the whole process from designing to managing our kitchen and I couldn’t recommend him enough. Our kitchen design is perfect, the quality is perfect and the customer service is perfect. Had a few designs from other companies and not one came close to wren, great job from start to finish. Everything fit to the exact mm!!

We are now some five months since our kitchen was fitted and have to say we have no issues whatsoever with our Wren kitchen. Our experience from start to finish was almost faultless. We purchased from Crown Point in Leeds and counted ourselves lucky enough to have James Newton as our sales advisor. James was outstanding in all aspects of our dealings with him. Although i took in my own rough plan of what we wanted, James presented us with a very professional drawing and 3D picture. He made quite a few suggestions for improvement in certain areas some of which we had not even considered. In all 4 visits to the showroom with alts and additions before final drawing approved and kitchen ordered. Throughout James was laid back in his approach but accommodating and professional at all times. A concerted effort to get us the best kitchen within our budget whilst not applying any pressure whatsoever. We will be returning to Wren when we replace our fitted wardrobes later this year and will be seeking the help of James.

Andrew & Lewis delivered our kitchen today and they were great! They notified us of our delivery slot the morning of delivery, as well as calling us when they were 10 minutes away (which was super helpful when having a little one at home). We showed them where we wanted our delivery putting and they gave us a clear description on how much of the room it would take up but also made sure the room was still functional (walking space alongside it to get to connecting room). I couldn’t believe how quickly they brought everything in and it’s all piled up safely meaning there’s no risk to our children being near it. Andrew and Lewis were both very polite and friendly so made the whole process stress free. Very much recommend them to anyone ordering a Wren kitchen.

The design process was good but from then on a dreadful experience - delivery date and installation date booked in only to be informed the following week that there would be a further 6/7 week delay in delivery and a further week delay for the installation (resulting in staying in rented accommodation for this period) because of this delay and further delay to the installation I cancelled the installation and used my own fitters (at half the price) out of all the kitchen we had 6 doors and 1 drawer damaged - on the day of delivery for the replacement items the drivers could not find my replacement products on their van (I had booked my fitters in that afternoon) 4 days later my replacement items arrived - they do not take away your defected items and I have had to pay my fitters again to install the new doors etc and dispose of the faulty products - after enquiring for compensation (rented accommodation and additional costs to my fitters) the door was slammed in my face and my case closed and all they could say was we understand your circumstances and all we can do is apologise - basically reading from a script with no personal touch whatsoever - I intend to take this further - I only gave it one star as it didn’t give me the option to choose zero stars

The process from walking into the store upto delivery was really impressive however their aftercare and customer service has been shocking. To start with the inside cabinets came in two colours due to their assistant manager playing with the designs. The design could have been better from a practicality point of view in the corners where the tolerance for the cabinet doors were minimal. I was told that customer service will sort out if we have any issues but when I contacted them to raise an issue with the measurement of the backslash, they said I had signed for all the items which includes the measurements. They expect the customers to ensure all the measurements are accurate and will fit in the kitchen. I think it is an unfair expectation to place on the customers. I am absolutely shocked and disappointed with wren. I had planned to get my bedroom done with them but with this experience I have decided not to go back with them anymore. And will be asking my cousin to not proceed with their order.
Thank you for your reply below. But honestly speaking how can you expect your customers to look at the extractor hood installation guide, its measurements, cabinet measurements and the backslash measurements and confirm it via the pre fit pack. I am sure you will appreciate the fact that we are not experts and not experienced as a joiner/installer to be able to understand these measurements and calculate its fit in the kitchen. Having spoken to your team, its evident that the splashback comes as a standard size meaning you wouldn't be able to offer any other sizes if needed.

We would just like to let you know how amazing Ryan has been from begging to end in helping us with our new kitchen.
We have had a number of problems through our journwy of finding planning and fitting the kitchen.
We first went to Bradford Wren and had a bad experience that then made us walk away from wren completely. Not finding anywhere that did the kitchen we was looking for , we tried Wren Leeds.
On been asked if we needed any help By Ryan ,that was it from start to finish he has been unbelievably helpful, he listened to what we would like to achieve in the utility and kitchen.
He made amazing suggestions and explaind why and how things would fit and work for us.
Spending a long time with us throughout the whole experience even after he was due to finish work.
We had a number of items incorrect items , faulty items and missing items delivered , Ryen put us 8n the right direction and helped us get everything we needed.
It has been longer than normal journey for us ,but we are now getting there 😀
I am sure you already know this, but you have a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ member of staff in your department.
We feel we have to give you this feed back with customer service not been as good as it could be in the world theses days.

Alan and Dave were super friendly and helpful. Everything delivered on time and up into our new loft conversion. It was a tough job as the stairs are tight but they got it done quickly and without a hitch. I knew I would be putting the wardrobe doors through the window at a later date but they offered to help there and then if I had a ladder, even though they probably shouldn’t. We didn’t do that as my loft conversion guys had pinched my ladder but the offer was well received. Anyway, the doors are nicely tucked away, safe, ready for me to do that at a later date. Top guys, thank you.

My initial 1 star review was written out of despair after being on hold to the delivery team - for 45 minutes on two consecutive days without ever getting through . Having to listen to the same perky voice with a growing feeling that I was never going to be able to speak to a human.Neither was my account lead picking up. Finally I rang the showroom in Leeds Crown point where Letitia and her colleague were fantastic, swiftly sorted my problem out and called me back again to reassure me, so I’m back to reassess my score and say thank you to them. I would still stress that actually employing staff into the delivery team to answer the phones would be a great way to improve the customer experience!

EDIT: Finally, on the third week I managed to get my money back. Unfortunately I don't have anything else to say about this. The quality issue is there, and the bad handling of the case by the customer service is still there.
Absolutely appalling experience. A few years after I bought the kitchen, the paint started falling apart, then a water leak completely destroyed the dishwasher. I contacted Wren and, after several attempts, they finally offered to replace a part of the kitchen and refund 150£. I received the part but after more than 2 weeks they still have to send the cheque and they stopped replying to my requests of an ETA. Completely rubbish quality and customer service. Do not buy from these people.

We had a consultation with James which was fantastic. He designed my kitchen with everything I wanted and more. Nothing was too much trouble. I felt fully supported throughout my kitchen renovation. We used the app to order a replacement door due to slight damage and this was replaced and sent to me within a couple of days. Thank you Wren and James for your fantastic service I love my new kitchen. 😊

The initial sales and consultation process was fine, but OMG what a nightmare to deal with! My only advice is - spend your hard earned money elsewhere!! Too many issues to list, but in short, once items are ordered you are stuck with it - NO returns NO refunds etc. What a load! Honestly not worth the fuss!!
