great experience delivery
We had a great experience with the delivery of our kitchen. We were notified by text a couple days leading up to the delivery to advise if it was an AM or PM delivery. 15 mins before they arrived, they called me to say they were coming. Both very kind and helpful men. One of the boxes and units had been damaged in the delivery process and one of the men showed me how to re-order it through the app!!! Very happy! L Queen!!!

Georgina from Wren came out to take the measurements for our wardrobes and she was absolutely brilliant. She was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure all of the measurements were completely accurate. She explained everything clearly, answered any questions we had and made the whole process really easy and straightforward. She was a pleasure to deal with and a great representative for Wren. I recently bought a kitchen from Wren…
I recently bought a kitchen from Wren and have to say the customer service was the best iv experienced yet.We were well looked after by Gareth McFarland in the Boucher road store.He helped design our kitchen the way we wanted it and got everything down to our budget which we thought wasnt possible.He even got the vr set out and we were able to step into our new kitchen through the headset to see what it should look like.Would highly recommend if you are looking for a new kitchen.

Great customer service.
Liam G Watkin made the whole process very easy from sending links to a video call so he could see the problem. Comparing it to photos I had previously emailed in and arranging an additional part that was needed to solve the problem.

Great Delivery service and support
I have just had my kitchen delivered by Gareth and Peter.
What lovely chaps, very helpful, professional, polite and efficient.
I was kept updated as to their eta, both via the tracking link and Gareth messaged me himself
The delivery was to the village hall at a busy time and they made sure not to disrupt or obstruct those people arriving/leaving the hall car park. The delivery has all been stacked neatly in the designated space

Rang before appointment to say he was free a bit earlier and he could come 15 mins earlier, always being very busy normally that would be a godsend but unfortunately had to stick with arrangement , However I appreciated the call and the offer .

Issue resolved
This is my second kitchen from Wren in 3 years, all went well, but this time there was a dispute with the microwave which I ordered (2 types listed) after a few phones calls to the showroom and customer service I got no satisfaction, then I got a call from Bilal, he listened to my concerns, he was courteous and understanding, and offered to give me a replacement, which is the resolution I wanted, so now all good 👍

Laura was extremely friendly and efficient at resolving an issue we had with one of our appliances. I was very anxious as a lot of money is being spent at this time and she quickly organised a resolution, listened to me rattling on about our wonderful new Wren kitchen and totally put me at ease. How refreshing is that in a world where we’ve all become accustomed to the big sell and moaning about after sales service. Laura has restored my faith in human nature that it still is possible to resolve issues, be friendly and efficient all at the same time. One very grateful customer and this lady should be running the company! 🤩

Showroom staff good but once contract…
Showroom staff good but once contract signed and money paid after care( customer care) terrible.
We were sent a mis- matched oven unit, trying to get a replacement has proven impossible.
Would not reccomend.
