There was a clear lack of communication after I signed the contract, and my delivery date was changed without my consent. When I queried this, I was told that only a delivery week is guaranteed, not a specific date. However, this explanation does not apply to my situation, as I was specifically offered 27th February or 2nd March, and I chose 2nd March. The delivery was then changed to 5th March, leaving me struggling to arrange for someone to be at home to receive it.
When I contacted the Hereford showroom, the person who identified himself as the manager was rude and dismissive throughout the conversation. He suggested that I should simply take time off work to accept the delivery because "other customers do the same." As a paying customer, I expected understanding and support, not to be made to feel as though I was asking for a favour.
I also emailed the delivery team requesting a call back after spending 48 minutes on hold without getting through to customer services. Despite explaining everything in my email, I never received a call back or any response, which only added to my frustration.
Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing. Before signing the contract, Wren appeared to be very customer-focused, but once the sale was completed, I felt that the level of customer care changed significantly.
I believe Wren staff should support customers throughout the entire process, not just until the contract is signed. In particular, someone in a managerial position should know how to communicate professionally and treat customers with respect. During my conversation, I felt that the manager's attitude towards me was influenced by my background. While I cannot know his intentions, I genuinely felt I was treated differently, and I do not believe he would have spoken to a British or European customer in the same manner. That interaction left me feeling uncomfortable, disrespected, and deeply disappointed.
Please note: This review relates to my experience from the end of Feb to start of March. Due to personal circumstances, I was unable to post it at the time, so I am sharing my experience now.

Excellent service and communication has been excellent which really does help customers 😀

Had a new kitchen April 2025, all fine.

Wren supplied incorrect breakfast bar. (Supplied with no rounded edge)
Refusing to take back. Now stuck in house being rebuilt, stress of dealing with a 3m worktop, which I can’t move due to size.
Shop blaming warehouse, and visa versa!
I asked for the base unit and worktop order to be matched. Wren blaming each other and refusing to deal with it. I can’t transport it to the store. I would like it collected and refunded.
Kitchen fitter has managed to use the existing worktop. So just collect and refund please. Your error not mine!!

Still no further forward with wren
A delivery meant to be coming Friday , no idea what’s in the delivery (items in original delivery were damaged and or missing)
I’ve already said date not suitable but they ignore that . No body calls you you can’t speak to anyone (even the store where i got kitchen from can’t speak to anyone in their head office )
Has been going on for a month now . They said on my last poor post that they’d look into the matter/issues but I haven’t heard anything at all . Getting concerned that they’d look into kitchen /bedroom will never get finished ! Please be aware of their customer service. If you have an issue nobody wants to know !

I had to return three parts of the kitchen (which was not installed by Wren) and they sent replacements within 24hrs. The app is brilliant. I cannot recommend them enough.

Jonathan E was brilliant from the very first visit to measure the kitchen and subsequently the second visit to measure an additional space. He phoned each time ahead of arrival and was on time.

We arranged for a member of the home survey team to visit us to measure our bedroom as we are interested in replacing the current old furniture and wardrobes. Jonathan E from the team, arrived punctually with a very friendly welcome and was very enthusiastic. He answered all our questions and show us an image of our measured up bedroom. We now look forward to visiting the store for a virtual look at the options for new furniture in our bedroom.

After a great experience with our kitchen we are now looking at their bedroom furniture.
