From the moment we started our kitchen…
From the moment we started our kitchen journey with Oliwia we knew we had picked the correct company. She was brilliant. Nothing was too much bother and she gave us lots of fantastic ideas around the design and how to utilise the space and gain more storage. On the day of delivery we couldn’t fault the two delivery men 10/10. Our own fitter did have to phone customer care re a little damage on a unit…..they too were excellent and the new unit arrived within three days. Would highly recommend a Wren kitchen and Oliwia for her first class service.

Excellent Customer Care
There was a problem with the doors of the original 10 year old kitchen and due to the disability needs of my sister she had been unable to address these issues. After visiting the showroom I was asked to contact customer services. The 3rd customer service advisor, Hannah, was so good and displayed skills that went above and beyond what one normally expects. She not only resolved the issue but also did it in a way that was empathic, understanding and efficient. She responded quickly and kindly to ever email we sent and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Hannah for putting the ‘Care’ back into customer care.

Daniel came to measure our kitchen for Wren and was brilliant. He turned up exactly on time, was really polite and friendly, and even took the time to have a chat with our children, which was a lovely touch.
He got on with the job quickly and quietly and was really thorough with the measurements. He was very professional but also really friendly and easy to talk to.
