Very happy with the service, P. Ford was very professional and helpful.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Wren Kitchens.
Wren designed my kitchen, and two members of their team attended my property to measure and create the kitchen design. The agreed plans clearly showed a 3-drawer cabinet in a particular location.
When it came to fitting the kitchen, it became apparent that the cabinet cannot physically fit because of substantial existing pipework behind it. This pipework was present when Wren carried out the measurements and designed the kitchen.
I was contacted today by Ryan from Wren, who told me that their proposed solution was to simply swap the 3-drawer cabinet with another cabinet.
I do not consider this to be a solution. It changes the agreed design and removes the functionality that I originally chose and paid for.
The alternative is for me to have a plumber move the existing pipework so that the originally designed 3-drawer cabinet can be installed. I asked Ryan whether Wren would compensate me for the plumbing costs, given that this issue appears to have resulted from the design and measuring process. I was told that Wren do not offer this.
I find this extremely disappointing. Two Wren representatives came to measure and design my kitchen, yet a cabinet was designed into a location where it cannot be installed without modifying the existing services.
I now have to incur additional expense and inconvenience to enable the kitchen to be fitted as originally designed.
I am pursuing this through Wren's formal complaints process and hope they reconsider their position.
If you are buying a Wren kitchen, I would strongly recommend checking all measurements and existing pipework/services yourself before accepting the design.
Really quick and easy measuring appointment. Mark Rennolds was fantastic! He was polite, friendly and professional. Looking forward to our design appointment!
Great customer service got to the bottom of my concern and resolved it.
Poor quality and horrible customer experience.
After purchase a new build home we found a poor kitchen installation. Aftercare team ghosted me after highlight issues with installation and even have a malfunction and/or poor installation again of one of the doors on the top cabinets that almost hit a family member.
I spent 2 hours in the phone today and giving them the issue number from the developer is not enough and cannot find any of my details…
Summary… If you want to have a good quality kitchen and customer service do not buy a kitchen from Wren.
Keiron arrived on time, very polite and efficient and felt comfortable leaving him to get on measuring the bedroom whilst I was working
Friendly service from I Kvetkovska

After back and forth emails, Joseph corrected an issue over the phone that was deemed as contractually correct. There was an oversight with the colour of this item ordered, as we had changed internal colours before purchase and this item has been missed. As a good will gesture however, they have changed the colour of our units inside our pantry.

Darren Atkinson came to measure for our new kitchen, he kept us updated on when he would arrive. Darren also explained what he would be doing during his visit and after which was very helpful.

OK, so before I bought a wren kitchen I was hesitant due to poor reviews of customer service. I did require aftersale customer service and the 2 chaps who helped me - Ian and Joseph couldn't have been any more helpful and my issue/issues were resolved, at least i believe so, the replacement items are due next week. That is only part of the story of buying a wren kitchen - in my experience - and i will go into detail below but for anyone put off by stories of poor service, my advice is to use the contact number and speak to a human rather than try to use the app.
So.
My kitchen is currently partially installed and I'm waiting for a couple of bits to arrive - the ones I needed ians and Joseph's help with. As such I can only talk about things leading up to today.
Firstly, the buying experience is as you would expect.
No complaints as such. They will measure up and design your kitchen etc. We had a lovely chap called Uthmaan in the leicester showroom. One or two things came to light during the fitting which highlighted what i would consider errors in the design/ordering stage which we'll get on to. The delivery was fine, 2 pleasant enough chaps who arrived when they said they would and unloaded efficiently.
The first issue which i would consider a 'wren' error (believe me there were a million others not connected to wren) was that an end panel for a tall unit was designed and supplied with a short panel at the point it met a shorter unit. The second was that I ended up paying for 2 sets of plinths due to a lack of understanding by the designer on how moulded plinths are fitted. The computer flagged it red as not fitting height wise with the units we had but it is designed to be trimmed down (which i didn't know until I saw it being fitted). The information and advice I received at the design stage was that moulded plinths might not fit so as a result I ordered the standard plinths and the moulded ones just in case. In reality it easily fits because its designed to be cut down, I think the designer should have known that. That obviously cost me a couple of hundred quid that it didn't need to.
Another disappointment at the design stage (not Uthmaans fault) was a lack of matching coloured items.
We picked some knobs we liked but for some reason there was no matching cup handles in the same colour even though most other ranges/colours had matching knob and cup handles for drawers. So now we have just knobs.
The actual kitchen units didn't come in the colour we wanted in the style of cabinet we picked - disappointing.
I should say that our kitchen full price was over £34k with no appliances - obviously with their discounts we paid substantially less but still quite a lot for what is quite a small kitchen - i guess im trying to say we were choosing one of their premium kitchens so the lack of colour choice was especially disappointing.
The moulded plinth i mentioned earlier did not come in the same colour as our kitchen which was bewildering. As far as I could see, ours was one of the higher end range of units they sold and moulded plinths are considered a higher end finish, so why are the ones im having to buy a shade out?
Still not happy about that, although the fitter has done a great job fitting them and they do look good i see that there's a colour difference every time I look at them.
On to customer service.
The first thing I did was email Uthmaan, he rang and said he'd pass the issue on to customer services which he did.
They must have misunderstood because I received an email saying the design was correct (it wasnt) and that 3 panels had been ordered and successfully delivered (correct but I required 4).
I replied to that 'case closed' email pointing out they had made a mistake closing it and restating my issue but heard nothing back.
Between emailing Uthmaan and receiving the 'case closed' email i had also reported the issue on the app.
It had been a few days and you have to understand i have a fitter needing the parts so time is a factor.
I never heard anything back from raising the issue in the app.
So thats when I rang. It would have been about a week after I first raised the issue with Uthmaan and I wish it was the first thing id done.
I got through to the lovely Ian who patiently listened to my issue, understood it and went away to confirm that it was correct. When he had confirmed the issue he resolved it immediately. Kudos to him.
Unfortunately there was a bit of a hiccup.
Because of the uncertainty regarding the suitability of moulded plinths I ordered sparingly and required more.
Ian had kindly provided that but as there were 2 styles he arranged to supply the wrong type - which was not his fault.
Luckily I noticed when the email confirmation came through and phoned back getting the very helpful Joseph this time.
He also patiently listened, took the time to understand and corrected the order. Kudos to him also.
