Very polite and efficient workers. They rang me in advance to let me know when they would arrive and did the job quickly. They laid down sheets to avoid making scratches which was appreciated.
O Firouzia was on time and very polite, did the measurements very quick and communicated well throughout!
Excellent communication prior to delivery and arrived on time.
App was also accurate.
Dave Berkeley and Jake were polite, courteous and hard working.
Lee Albrow was very polite & professional. He explained what he was going to do in the kitchen, measurements etc asked about the sockets and water valve. After he carried out the work he explained what would happen next when we visited the showroom.
Very pleasant and professional gentleman measured for my kitchen. Would recommend

Four bedrooms ordered in March – still dealing with the consequences six months later
Our experience with Wren Bedrooms has been extraordinarily disappointing, particularly given the scale of our order and the amount we have spent.
We ordered four fitted bedrooms on 22 March 2026, with installation scheduled for the week beginning 9 June. We organised a wider programme of work around this, including decorators, carpet fitters and bathroom work.
Unfortunately, almost from the outset, the installation became a catalogue of delays, poor communication and repeated chasing.
Our original installer, Manos, did not start until after 1pm on Thursday 11 June because his previous installation had overrun. He then left with two of our bedrooms unfinished to begin pre-arranged annual leave. This left two of our children’s bedrooms dismantled and unusable.
The knock-on effect was substantial. Our children were displaced from their bedrooms, decorating and carpet fitting had to be cancelled or rearranged, other work in our home was delayed and our planned renovation schedule was thrown into disarray.
We were subsequently told that a replacement installer would be arranged. Ronnie was eventually confirmed for 6 July but did not arrive until 8 July and was allocated only one day. He partially completed one bedroom, while the other remained untouched, and we were then told he would not be available again for another two weeks.
This resulted in repeated emails and escalations involving the showroom, Tommy Mitchell, Customer Care, Head Office and Field Installations. Far too often, the responsibility for obtaining updates and trying to establish what was actually happening fell to us.
Even when further work was eventually carried out, there were missing, damaged or incorrect items, resulting in replacement orders, additional visits and further manufacturing delays. Months after the original installation date, we were still dealing with outstanding items including a handles, drawer and dressing-room plinth, as well as unfinished areas.
There have also been other concerning aspects of the experience. We raised a serious concern about a signature appearing on completion paperwork for the study/dressing room which we did not believe had been authorised and asked Wren to investigate this.
We were initially offered £400 in goodwill compensation. Given the length of the delays, the disruption to our family, the repeated failures in communication and the amount of time we have spent trying to resolve matters, we did not consider that adequately reflected our experience.
I should, however, acknowledge James, who subsequently attended and whose workmanship was excellent. Our criticism is not of every individual who has worked in our home; it is of the overall management of the installation and Wren’s handling of problems when they arose.
It is now the end of September and we are still having to chase. Another week has recently passed after being told that Head Office/Field Installations had been contacted, yet nobody contacted us with an update. We are also awaiting proper resolution regarding the return and refund of unused and unopened materials and appropriate compensation.
Problems can occur with any major home installation. What has been most disappointing is what happened afterwards: broken promises, ineffective escalation, a lack of proactive communication and seemingly no single person taking ownership of bringing the installation to a conclusion.
An order placed in March, with installation scheduled for June, should not still be causing problems for our family at the end of September.
For a company of Wren’s size, and given the significant investment involved in having four bedrooms fitted, we expected considerably better project management and aftercare.
I will update this review if Wren now takes ownership, resolves all remaining issues, arranges the refund for unused materials and reaches a fair resolution regarding compensation.
Really disappointed with our experience with Wren Kitchens. What should have been an exciting new kitchen has been made very stressful due to ongoing issues with the fitting, including misaligned cupboard doors and doors catching against each other.
We’ve had to have replacement doors fitted, but unfortunately the problems still haven’t been fully resolved. For the amount we’ve spent, we expected a much higher standard of fitting and customer service.
Sadly, our experience so far has not been what we expected.
Lovely service from Lee Barrington. He contacted me with his arrival time, was quick, efficient and very friendly. The area he was measuring wasn’t easy as its covered in built in cupboards but he got the job done. Wren is a great company to work with
I was very pleased with measure appointment I had with O Firouzia today. Very friendly and polite did the job very quick and communicated clearly
Had a good experience with O Firouzia, was on-time and polite. Answered all my questions and was very happy with his job.
We recently had a G Bansal from Wren Kitchens Coventry team visit to take the final measurements of our completed extension, ready to pass on to our kitchen designer. It turned out to be a really helpful visit—not just a measuring appointment.
He was friendly and easy to talk to, and we had a great conversation about our plans. Seeing the space in person meant he could offer practical suggestions on cabinet choices and what would work best in the room. He also gave us plenty of useful advice about our utility room, bringing up ideas and options we hadn’t considered.
What stood out most was that he took an interest in helping us get the most out of the space, rather than simply taking the measurements and leaving. We really appreciated his knowledge and the care he put into the visit.
A very positive experience with Wren and a big thank you to him for going the extra mile. A real credit to the team!
Delivery guys kept us up to date for the delivery times, were quick, safe and efficient.
S Jeffs was really professionally and friendly. Was very patient with us and answers all our queries.
The entire order (50483868) was delivered on time. Gareth and Pete’s team unloaded all the units quickly and with the utmost care. The guys were friendly, attentive, and careful. We are very grateful to them!

So first experience of wren has been the home measure
I was very anxious about just a design service in case I had some inaccuracies hence was attracted to wren as they offer this free of charge and without obligation
My home measure appointment earlier today has reassured me and given me confidence abput the next step of the design
O Firouzia arrived on time, was efficient, polite and respectful
The consultant measured quickly but remained polite and friendly.
O Firouzia was very helpful. He got the job done very quickly.
