Polite, punctual, informative, and called us before his arrival to confirm a time.

Yet again, another disappointment. After waiting in all afternoon and receiving two texts confirming my delivery would arrive today, I then received a call at 17:45 from the driver saying he had run out of driving hours and would not be delivering. This is just the latest issue in what has become a consistently poor experience.
Problems so far include:
- Freezer and island worktop damaged on delivery.
- Corner unit manufactured incorrectly.
- Decorative ends on the island don’t fit
- Wren does not supply edging strips in the design required.
- Replacement corner unit not delivered on the due date — arrived two days late.
- Replacement top rail due today and not delivered.

While customer service staff are polite and professional when I call, the fact remains that the job has not been done right the first time, repeatedly. At this point, I would hesitate to recommend Wren to anyone.

Very good updates around delivery dates and times. Delivery team very friendly taking excellent care of both our new kitchen and our home during delivery to prevent any damage.

I found the the technician not friendly during this measuring appointment, when I asked him a question he was rather obnoxious and made me feel like I was asking an irrelevant question, further questions raised by him were rude and not professional and I couldn't wait for him to leave.
He only changed his attitude at the end of the visit when he gave me his card and said it would be helpful for a good review!

I appreciated all the help/support given when I called Wren support service. The video call allowed your advisor to understand the issue i had with the drawer unit, I have received the replacement. Thank you so much.

I had to make a claim regarding concerns with two of my unit doors, after completing a video call my order was granted and my unit doors were replaced in a matter of 24 hours, what an excellent service by Wren kitchens

Very helpful gentleman. G Lorimer came, changed into his slippers before coming in without being asked. Parked considerately. Asked sensible questions about the property.

I had an issue with bubbling on some of my doors unfortunately wren don’t produce my kitchen anymore however they are replacing all of my doors with new ones from a different range

Arrived in the time frame given, 2 fitters, both proffesional and knowledgable, clean and tidy. Amazing job , really happy with the service.

The two guys, one of them being T Okafar were very helpful and polite and managed to squeeze the whole order into a tight awkward space as we were having work done on the house.
