S Perera was very professional

Suranga Perera was very professional, friendly and punctual. She took the time to carefully measure everything and explain what was needed. We would happily recommend her.

**Absolutely appalling experience with…

**Absolutely appalling experience with Wren Kitchens — and a huge thank you to Hammonds**

I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from Wren Kitchens.

We ordered a wardrobe, only for it to arrive **missing essential parts**. This wasn’t a minor inconvenience — the wardrobe and all of its panels took over my daughter’s entire bedroom, leaving the room unusable.

On the day of installation, we had understandably already collapsed her cot and prepared the room for the installation. We were then told that Wren couldn’t provide the missing part for **another three weeks**. So, because of Wren’s failure to supply everything we had paid for, my daughter was left with **nowhere to sleep**, while the bedroom remained full of wardrobe panels and packaging.

The complete lack of consideration for the impact this had on us was incredibly frustrating. We were left dealing with a huge amount of disruption because Wren simply hadn’t got their act together

Thankfully, **Hammonds saved the day**. Their service was a completely different experience — helpful, responsive and professional, and they stepped in when we desperately needed someone to actually get the job sorted.

So, Wren Kitchens: **missing parts, weeks of waiting, a bedroom unusable and a child left without a bed.** That’s not the level of service anyone should expect after spending a significant amount of money.

Hammonds, on the other hand, were fantastic and restored our faith that companies can actually care about their customers.

Wren: 0/10
Hammonds: 10/10

If you’re considering Wren, I’d seriously look elsewhere. Our experience has been an absolute nightmare.

Avoid

Wren Kitchens & Bedrooms, Boucher Road, Belfast

Extremely disappointing customer service experience at Wren Kitchens & Bedrooms on Boucher Road, Belfast today.

The sales assistant showed very little interest in helping us. We were looking at bedroom furniture, but rather than asking about our requirements, taking measurements or discussing different options, we were simply told that any bedroom configuration would be around £3,000–£4,000.

This was particularly frustrating given the promotional posters displayed throughout the showroom advertising bedrooms “from £499.” At no point were we given any meaningful attempt to explore what could actually be achieved within a more reasonable budget.

Wren has publicly stated in local newspapers:

"Our goal is to inspire customers, whether they’re starting from scratch or putting the final touches on their dream space, and we’re proudly here to help them every step of the way.”

Unfortunately, that certainly wasn't our experience today. We left feeling completely dismissed rather than helped or inspired.

I wouldn't waste my time visiting this showroom again. Take your business elsewhere.

Measurement assessment

Micheal McCarthy arrived on time. Micheal was very courteous. He explained what he was going to do to measure the dimensions of my kitchen and utility room and how long it may take. He later showed me the graph and photos . I found Micheal to be a very polite and professional person.

Kitchen measurements

Mr Weyman from Wren came to measure the kitchen. He arrived on time and was friendly, courteous and professional. He asked a few questions and then proceeded to measure which was completed within the hour. He will now pass the information to the design team A good start to my Wren experience.

Just had our first Wren visit by Chris Tulip who took great care and attention to measure up to give us multiple options for a new kitchen layout. Chris text ahead of arriving and got straight on with assessing the room. We’re looking forward to seeing how we can transform the kitchen with Wrens guidance and expertise. Great service and very approachable

Great visit from Wren expert Michael

Great visit from Wren employee Michael Herdman to measure up our room following our estimate to ensure everything will fit. He was in time, friendly polite and efficient, chatting while working away measuring and entering the information if our bedroom into his laptop. Our second interaction with Wren, both times have been exemplary.
