Your Wren rep Niamh Hogan came to our home to measure our kitchen. Firstly she gave us a time slot and arrived perfectly on time. She was pleasant and well mannered but not intrusive. She measured up drew her plan and was done within an hour which was great. Thanks Niamh

Contacted customer services, firstly via the AI assistant which was surprisingly very good at at understanding my call. Later I had a call from Donna and after phone and zoom call was able to show her the damage to several unit doors. Her support and patience was exemplary while I showed images of the door units. Replacements have been arranged under warranty, which is good news. Thank you Donna and Wren Kitchens.

We had our survey done with M Sabin and he was very professional. We still need to get quote and kitchen so maybe more of an update in future though so far very good

We had a wonderful experience with our Wren surveyor, Mr McCarthy. He called before arriving to let us know his estimated arrival time, which was a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated.

From the moment he arrived, he was cheerful, friendly, and made us feel completely at ease. He took the time to explain everything he was doing throughout the survey, making sure we understood each step of the process.

His attention to detail was outstanding. He carefully measured every aspect of the kitchen, including plug sockets, the boiler area, and the different angles of the roof space. It was clear that he takes great pride in his work and wanted to ensure everything was accurate.

Before leaving, he went through the plans with us and clearly explained what would happen next. We came away feeling confident and excited about the next stage of our new kitchen journey.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Mr. McCarthy to anyone considering a new kitchen. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm for his work really shone through, and he made the whole experience enjoyable. We are now looking forward to meeting the designer and hope the rest of the process is just as positive.
