Wren Kitchens has been a huge disappointment. The £5,800 kitchen we received is not the kitchen we designed or paid for.
The materials are fragile and scratch easily. The corner cupboard design is completely wrong and creates a blind, unusable space. Their surveyor failed to account for a light switch, forcing layout changes. A crucial vent part was missing, stopping installation for a week.
Delivery was mishandled: despite clear instructions, Wren sent a large van that couldn’t access our street, delaying the delivery by two days. Because of these delays, our installer (paid £2,000) couldn’t return, and we had to hire another company for £560.
We’ve suffered financial loss, stress, and ended up with a compromised kitchen that is not fit for purpose. Based on our experience, I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing Wren.

Wren always replied to our email or phoned when they said they would. The repair was carried out very quickly with the minimum of fuss and the guys who did the fix were brilliant, understanding and professional.

The 2 lads that delivered were polite, informative and they both where extremely careful unloading the van into our room with the kitchen we purchased ensuring we had room to access outside

Our kitchen was delivered in early June and, through no fault of our excellent fitter, it’s still not finished. . .
The process from measuring right through to initial delivery was seamless. The team at the Altrincham showroom were excellent and the delivery team were polite and friendly.
However, like a few other reviewers, our problems started when we needed to make a change. In fairness to Wren, the issue was of our own making. The island worktop we ordered just wasn’t what we wanted so, the day after everything was delivered, my wife contacted the Altrincham showroom to order something different. We expected to have to pay for the replacement but we were delighted when Wren agreed to swap it with no extra charge.
The replacement arrived a couple of weeks later. It was the wrong size and shape. It was collected the following week and another replacement arrived a week after that. This time, it was the same as the original we had asked to replace. It was collected a few days later. Replacement number three was the correct top but arrived damaged. We still have it but the corner is cracked. Our fitter contacted Wren to get replacement number four. It arrived and was the wrong size again. Number five came along and, this time, I checked it on the van. Wrong size again. Number six arrived last week. Wrong size but not even the same ‘wrong’ as the others. Number seven is on the way but we can see from the email confirmation that it’s the wrong size AND the wrong finish. You might think I’m making this up but I assure you we’re getting colder not warmer with every replacement. I think someone might just be guessing now.
Joking aside, each time we’ve received email confirmation of the replacement we have checked the details and notified Wren that it’s wrong but they seem powerless to stop the thing being made and delivered.
We live in hope that one day soon we may receive the correct size AND finish and put all this behind us.
It would be funny except for the disruption and frustration not to mention the total waste of materials, time and money on Wren’s part.

Keith visited us to complete the home measure for our new kitchen, and he was brilliant from start to finish. He was friendly, professional and efficient, explained everything clearly, and simply got on with the survey without any fuss.
The whole process felt easy and straightforward, and Keith gave us complete confidence that everything had been measured properly. Honestly, it’s difficult to suggest how Wren could improve the service—just send a Keith to every home!
A great experience and a real credit to Wren. Thanks, Keith!

The measurement of our rooms was completely hassle-free and didn’t take a lot of time, while still being very thorough and precise.
Our Wren representative was incredibly professional, polite and courteous. He even phoned us in advance to let us know that he was running early and to check if it was okay for him to arrive a little earlier, which we really appreciated.
Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. Five-star service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
