Booked an appoinment turned up, was told we were so young what do we need a kitchen for. After we told her we didnt have the keys yet she lost interest wouldnt do it properly and ended the appoinment after 5 misn. Anyways went to Wickes who didnt care that we didnt have keys and had a great experenice with them and love the new kitchen.
Surveyor has just left. He was lovely. We got on well and he let me take him through my plans and ideas for best use of space. He checked out with me that he understood them properly and made some suggestions and observations which were all positive. He made very detailed plans which he explained to me. A very positive experience and a lovely man.

Liam and Joseph were both super efficient and had my additional order items and replacement door fronts sorted in minutes. Both of them are a credit to the business.
The customer service to resolve any after fitting replacements, I was handled by Hayley M, who was soo attentive and made a really big effort to resolve any issues.

The boys were excellent cheery polite and good at what they do our house is difficult to get to the door so there’s a bit of a way with steps and turns but was all done with a great attitude our team included Alex Crombie and I would have no problem recommending this delivery team they were great!! We bought our new kitchen from Wren after being fed up with the hard sell from others, there is none of that with Wren. Everyone from design to customer care has been very helpful.
The product is excellent, we were kept updated about our order and everything ran smoothly and stress free. Would recommend Wren to anyone who wants a hassle free, pleasant experience when buying a new kitchen.
