Excellent service from L Albrow today. Professional, punctual and detailed. Really happy with the home survey measuring service he carried out for us and looking forward to the next steps with Wren.
Great customer service, service agent was very knowledgable and resolve my query quickly and efficiently
Very friendly and helpful. Told us everything we needed to know. Top guy.
Andy came round for a measurement survey. He was methodical and professionally answered my questions. Not only that he gave me a solution to a lighting issue that had been causing me great concern.
Just spoke with Ade to run through a few minor tweaks needed to make the kitchen perfect and he could not have been more helpful!
Had a visit from A Hadnum today and he was so polite and professional, even asked if he needed to put covers on his shoes before entering my house. He must be a credit to your company
I was helped by a very polite gentleman who resolved my missing item almost instantly absolutely fantastic service thank you.
D Turco was an absolute star
Came to do what he thought was a kitchen measure and then did the utility too.
He came and there were so many unexpected people in the house ( electrician, builders, plumbers) who were not meant to be there...
And he did a great job in an overwhelming situation.
Thanks again for making it all work.

We had a fantastic experience with G Urry from Wren Kitchens. She came to measure our kitchen and was professional, friendly and incredibly thorough throughout the visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions and made the whole process feel easy. Thank you

Robyn and Neil were very pleasant and accomodating during the delivery. Nothing was to much trouble on what wasn't the easiest of deliveries for them.

Kitchen looks great... but the installation estimates, customer service and after-sales support were awful.
We purchased our kitchen from the Wren Kitchens Bristol Filton branch.
We had our kitchen completed this month and, to be fair, it looks fantastic. The delivery process was smooth and straightforward, and both our kitchen installer and electrician were superb. We couldn't fault them or the quality of the kitchen itself.
Unfortunately, that's where the positives end.
When comparing quotes from different kitchen companies, we were given many assurances by our Wren sales representative that we would be well looked after throughout the process. Sadly, that wasn't our experience.
We were working to a specific budget. We understood that installation costs and additional work, such as plastering, could vary depending on the contractor. However, our sales representative provided us with an estimated breakdown of these additional costs. We fully expected the final figures to be a little higher or lower than the estimates.
What we didn't expect was the difference we ended up paying.
We had very little additional work required. Based on the estimates we were given, we expected to pay around £1,000 extra. Instead, the final cost was almost £4,000 — nearly four times what we had been led to expect. That's an enormous difference, and we genuinely feel we were mis-sold. We placed our trust in the advice we were given, and that's one of the main reasons we chose Wren.
Looking back, it feels as though the priority was securing the sale, getting their commission and moving on, rather than providing accurate information or looking after us as customers.
To make matters worse, after signing the contract we were given our build date, but the installation contractors didn't contact us until just one to two weeks before work was due to start. This gave us virtually no time to obtain alternative quotes, and we felt shoehorned into using the contractors provided.
The after-sales service has been just as disappointing. Since the sale, I have sent multiple emails to both Wren and our sales representative and have received zero responses.
As someone who works in sales myself, I know that the post-sale experience is one of the most important parts of looking after a customer. Instead, we were sold a dream, ended up paying nearly four times what we expected for installation, and then felt completely forgotten the moment the contract was signed.
The kitchen itself is excellent, and the tradespeople who completed the work were brilliant. However, because of the unrealistic installation estimates, poor communication and complete lack of after-sales support, I wouldn't choose Wren again, and I wouldn't recommend them to friends or family.
Very pleased with the service – he was punctual, thorough, and took accurate measurements of our kitchen.
