We had a service to measure the kitchen at 11:30 on a monday morning.

M Rawlinson was very polite and proffesional.

We were due to have two replacement doors delivered by Yodel. One was delivered, the other Yodel did not deliver and now cannot find...yet. Customer services at Wren were very helpful, and hopefully it will be rectified.

Spoke to Bethany this afternoon she was extremely helpful and very quick to sort out the issue I had phoned for. She was polite and friendly and is an asset to Wren Customer Service Team. Thank you.

I had R. Broomfield to do my kitchen survey. I got a phone call before hand with a precise time of arrival. He was very polite, and respectful of my home. A good start to my renovation journey with Wren.

Darren Atkinson arrived exactly at the time he had stated in his text.
When he entered our home he immediately removed his shoes without being asked to.
Also he shook hands with us which is something that doesn't happen very often which was very polite.

Lovely chap came to measure up. Tricky room as it’s a curved space. Was very thorough and careful and really friendly and personable.

M Rennolds was very friendly and helpful answering our questions and concerns about the work. Conducted his job without any disruptions to our day. Very professional and respectful.

A score of 1 is pushing it. Avoid Wren. Worktops arrived not matching sample in store and we were basically told to accept that. We offered wren 2 resolution offers including choosing an alternative worktop keeping the business with wren or removing the worktops from the order. They informed they couldn’t do any of these and offered a discounted purchase if a 2nd!!! Disgusting. Avoid.

Amazing delivery experience. It wasn’t an easy one, we live on the third floor without a lift. The team were able to carry everything up, without disrupting the neighbours. Thank you to Eliot and the team!

Jordan had been very help at correcting a problem which I should have been told about at the design stage

Amanda called back and was very helpful in ordering a replacement for a damage tap. Very easy & timely which is appreciated.

After 8 years of loving my Wren kitchen I was quite upset to notice that the plastic covering for the doors etc is starting to bubble up. I contacted Wren and was put through to a lovely chap called Samuel. Samuel was very interested in my problem and could see from the video call exactly what the issue is and assured me that the issue is still covered by my 10 year warranty. He has recommended replacing all of the visible parts of my kitchen because they do not make that exact style any more. Samuel has ordered the replacements without any quibbling and he has arranged a very fair amount of money for me towards paying to have the replacements fitted. It is so nice to be be treated as a valuable customer instead of just a number. So far, I cannot fault the after sales service I have had from Wren.
