C Vasilakis was very efficient and organised in his handling of my delivery. Highly recommend him.

This was a remeasure after a wall had been removed so that a new design could be finalised.
M McCarthy who carried this out was excellent. Arrived within the allotted time, phoned to let me know when 30 min away and crucially redid all measurements and took input from the installer. He made sure the measurements were uploaded immediately so my design appointment could be met and was even kind enough to check in with me back at the store. Fantastic service and couldn’t have asked for more.

Darren Atkinson came to take measurements for my new Wrex kitchen. He arrived on time and introduced himself formally.
He asked appropriate questions about the layout of my kitchen and explained what he was doing, asking permission to take photos.

I found the whole experience very reassuring as Darren clearly knew what he was doing. When he finished, he explained what would happen next.

The logistics were a shambles. Four goes at least to get everything delivered. And 4 years later I really wish we had gone elsewhere. The tap faucet has disintegrated and was actually glued rather than screwed in. The bottom of the cooker again glued and fallen off rather than hard fixed. Had to take utility door off to open fridge. Drawer and cupboard gaps dropped and uneven. The walk in larder is a disaster and has been fixed twice and has now gone again.

Nice delivery team on time very professional, polite no issues at all and squeezed everything in as it was a tight space thank you.

I booked my home visit for kitchen measurements online it was all done very fast and easy. I was called on the day but Mr D Tebbs to confirm the time. He arrived as discussed and was very good at going through the process. David explained the options that would be available to me and gave me some good ideas re the layout of my new kitchen. I would highly recommend as all expectations on the home measure have been delivered so i look forward to the next steps with wren for the plan design.

Very disappointing experience with Wren Kitchens.

Unfortunately, I have had several serious issues with my kitchen order, including poor quality, incorrect measurements and a poor design. Some of the units do not meet the quality I expected, and the measurements/design have caused problems during installation.

I contacted Wren to explain the problems and asked them to arrange another survey so the issues could be properly assessed. However, they refused to send another survey and refused to provide a refund. Instead, they want to resolve the matter over the phone.

I would much prefer these issues to be properly inspected and dealt with in writing rather than trying to resolve everything over the phone.

This has been a very frustrating experience, particularly as this was my first time using Wren. I expected much better quality, accuracy and customer service from a company of this size.

I hope Wren will reconsider and arrange a proper inspection and find a fair solution to the problems.

Had Darren Atkinson round to measure up a new kitchen. Very knowledgable and friendly. New kitchen experience off to a good start.

We had our kitchen measured today by R. Barkley. He was chatty, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He made me feel completely at ease and was very easy to talk to. Great service.

The home measure was completed satisfactorily. L Albrow arrived as scheduled having rang me before hand to let me know he was on his way. He was courteous and polite. He explained the procedure and was happy to answer any questions I had.

Had to call Customer Care to resolve replacement issues. Jordan listened to my concerns and responded brilliantly. We resolved our concerns and are now waiting for the delivery of our items. Thank you.

Adam was great he measured up and was very friendly and helpful sharing his knowledge and answering our questions.

M McCarthy was great! I’d completely forgotten about my appointment and waited around until I arrived. Lovely patient man. His work was thorough yet efficient. Would happily have him back for more measurements.
