I was really impresses with everything about wren. The showroom staff, customer service in particular Natasha, the design staff and deliver guys were really good. My kitchen looks amazing, I couldn't be happier.

Second time using Wren, we went back because our first experience was very good. Second time terrible service. Chose our kitchen and as soon as we paid the full cash amount of £15k James from Stoke on Trent showroom washed his hands of us. Fitter he booked came 2 weeks after the original agreed date. Fitted the kitchen but left knowing a couple of doors were not closing properly saying give it a couple of weeks to settle and I’ll come back and adjust. Never came back despite many text directly to him he said passed to head office he’s not coming back. Head office emailed to say case closed. Ten emails to head office each reply is case closed. Email salesman and fitter many times, both ignore me! Be warned anyone buying from Wren, particularly from Stoke! 3 months after fitting and were going to have to make adjustments ourselves. Oh and they owed me a refund, james ignored me in that too, had to complain to his manager to get that returned?

I have used their bedroom wardrobe and kitchen installation service.
Wardrobe service was excellent, kitchen on the other hand is a proper scam !!! Please please please do NOT use wren kitchen installation service ! Basically they charge you fortune for doing nothing ! You need to pay the same amount or more to the installer again ! I am using every platform I know to tell people about their scam.

What a disgrace! Kitchen was fitted in April 2022 but never completed until February 2024. moved house last week and decided to take our oven. When we went to pull it out the plug and the socket were burnt out. Turns out it’s 16amp oven with a 13amp plug. It should have been hardwired the electrician said he was amazed there hadn’t been a house fire. Absolutely disgusting that fitter’s supposedly trained made such an error!
