From beginning to the end, superb! We have had nothing but the best of customer service from Wren; In the beginning Peter was fantastic, patient and completely brilliant in the design stage. The customer engagement after was brilliant, keeping us updated at every stage. When it got to install, Dave & Daz were first rate, very professional and so accommodating, plus first class work. We are incredibly happy with what we have, thank you Wren
L albrow is a very lovely guy, very well spoken and polite, turned up and got on with what he needed would definitely recommend

Jordan was on time and very polite and informative. He carried out the work very professionally. He was very friendly and would use him anytime again and recommend him anyone.
Richie was very helpful in the customer services department and resolved my issue quickly.
My experience from start to finish was well handled by knowledgeable and friendly staff from design (Aleena), delivery and our dealing with customer services (Jordan B) who resolved the few issues which did arise.
The quality of the kitchen is fantastic and the online videos and guides allowed a straight forward self build.
Very pleased with the overall service and quality of product.
Lena was great she took over from another person and made the kitchen design 10x better. A few teething problems through the whole process but quickly resolved. I'm very happy with the finished kitchen.

Having a Wren Kitchen fitted some 8 years ok, we recently had a few issues with some of the panels, so had need to use our 25 years warranty.
So having contacted customer service we have had interactions with staff at the Northampton Showroom and the head office team.
Without exception we would thank all the staff involved, especially Steve in the Showroom and Harrison who was appointed our case manager.
They were both extremely professional, and knowledgeable about their products and very helpful in sorting our issue which has now been completed in a timely manner.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Wren as a company that honours its warranty.

Jordan D was absolutely magic to deal with . He was so nice and polite and very helpful. On my first phone call I spoke to a woman she could do with getting some training from Jordan as she was so unhelpful and rude

I made a design appointment at my local store back in December 25, which was supposed to be 2 hours but after nearly 4 hours i had to excuse myself from the appointment. The Design consultant was quite arrogant and when i said i wasn't going to rush the design to purchase before one sale ended and another began she told me directly that she knew i wasn't going to buy! Wow!! She then started taking items off the design as she said i would have to pay less deposit and just gave me an image printout. From her design it was clear that she wasn't listening to my requirements and after 4 hours I had nothing substantial to take away with me.
I decided not to go back for any further appointments but was contacted by a manager following a survey i submitted and asked if i would be happy for a mobile consultant to visit and take this forward, which sounded great.
On her first visit in April 26 she turned up with 3 door samples and apologised that someone else had taken the van with the full range of samples..... hmmm. Going into our local store to look at samples meant running the gauntlet to get in without being challenged by whoever was on reception. She designed a few plans for me as we tweeked the design to be its best. As she was mobile, i had been using DIYK kitchens online design tool to tweak the design and forward the info to her so it could be added to my plan. We then got to a point where I asked if Wren pricematched , as I now had a quote from DIYK kitchens as the design tool costed the design i was tweaking, I was told it needed to go to a manager. 4 weeks on and i have had no response to confirm either yay or nay even though i have chased this up a couple of times!
So I have gone from the dreadful instore experience to being sent to Coventry by the mobile designer and her managers.
I am now working with other companies and waiting for our kitchen fitter, who seems to have disappeared, to confirm some structural changes to the house before we purchase the kitchen!

I purchased my Wren kitchen in August 2022 and had it professionally installed a few weeks later. The kitchen alone cost almost £10,000. I chose independent professional fitters because Wren’s installation quote was nearly three times the price I was quoted elsewhere.
Almost four years later, I deeply regret buying from Wren. The problems began far sooner than I would expect from a kitchen at this price and have continued ever since.
After around two years, sections of the worktop began swelling and the corner joints started separating. These areas have not been exposed to water, and my home is well ventilated with no humidity issues that could reasonably explain the damage.
The cabinets and cupboard doors have also started peeling at the corners. I have now found this problem on approximately six cupboards, including areas that are not exposed to excessive heat, moisture or anything else that should cause this type of deterioration. The door fitted to my integrated dishwasher also began peeling after only around a year and a half.
I have contacted Wren numerous times. Although they have sent replacement parts under the warranty, I am then left with the cost of paying my installers to dismantle sections of the kitchen, remove cabinets or worktops, and fit the replacements. This can be very expensive. Simply supplying another part does not resolve the inconvenience or the additional labour costs caused by repeated defects.
Every few months, I seem to notice another problem with the worktops, cabinets or cupboard doors and have to contact Wren again. I am now completely fed up with repeatedly chasing issues that should not be happening to a kitchen costing close to £10,000.
The kitchen may look attractive from a distance, but on closer inspection the quality and durability have been extremely disappointing. I have plenty of photographs showing all the defects described.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Wren to anyone looking for a good-quality kitchen that will last long-term.

Shane turned up at the given time. Very cheerful and asked the questions about our kitchen design. What’s staying and what’s going for a plan.
All will be with our designer tomorrow for our appointment.
