Wrendale water bottles are a definite let down!
Have bought a lot of Wrendale over the years and always been happy with most things BUT with the exception of their water bottles priced about £25. So far I have had 3 of these and every single one has been a bit rubbish. The sealed tops go really quickly and it’s impossible to get replacements. I’m onto my last one and once this goes will not be buying any more I’m sorry to say.

My perspective as a former customer
I used to be a big fan of Wrendale. I adored the cute designs and had purchased many products over the years. Although I found it somewhat disappointing that many of the items were made in China and India instead of locally, this wasn't necessarily a deal-breaker. I made the decision however to walk away upon learning about its adoption of DEI policies and B-Corp affiliation. It matters a great deal to me that the companies and organizations I support (financially or otherwise) abide by values that reflect what I believe to be ethical and just. For me, even the loveliest stationery or home decor is not worth it if it's associated with ideological views that I do not want in my home or in my life.

Oh Wow is all I can say.
I absolutely love all of these products they are just so beautiful.
I bought a sticky notes block as a present for xmas. Unfortunately when I opened it some 3 weeks after receiving it it was damaged. My own fault I know,I should have checked it straight away. The box it arrived in was quite bashed up to be honest. I contacted Wrendale and explained what had happened only really to give them the heads up that the packaging hadn't survived the Christmas madness. Then out of the blue I received a replacement.
It was so kind of them . Thank You for caring.

Five star customer service
Recently purchased items from this site, and having delivery problems with ParcelForce.
I contacted customer service and within an hour they replied, resent my order with a different delivery company. This was then delivered within 28hours.

Cross body bag
The Dog's Life cross body bag is well made and the design is charming. Spacious enough for all the essentials without being bulky. The customer service from Jill was absolutely second to none. I chanced upon the bag in a little gift boutique on holiday and am so glad I treated myself to it

Made in India!
The patterns are beautiful, they definitely market themselves as luxury items, however the actual quality of the items themselves are often a bit lacking. Unfortunately, all of their china (often partnered with Royal Worcester) are disappointingly made in India.
Royal Worcester and Wrendale desperately need to do better. I can understand the cost necessity on budget items, however their tea sets are sold for a lot of money. This has ruined the British industry which could very well be funded with these luxury goods, presumably the added profit from cheap labour is now just pocketed instead. I will buy my English tea set from British craftsmen, thank you very much.

Our fine china products as you’re aware are made under license by Royal Worcester, and indeed manufactured in India. Producing china of this quality in the UK at a comparable price point is unfortunately extremely challenging, especially when aiming to keep the range accessible while maintaining the level of detail and finish our customers expect. We work closely with Royal Worcester to ensure that every piece meets a high standard of quality.

We ordered a couple of times already, loved it all.
Once there was a small problem with one of the items, took a photo, got a quick solution, they just sent me a replacement without a question!

Buy direct from company and you'll have no issues.
I want to say firstly that my first experience with this company's products was a mug i bought from amazon which arrived poorly packaged and damaged.
I reached out directly to the company to ask about their packaging and they were kind enough to explain it and assure me that my experience on amazon would not happen directly with them.
So I placed my order and two days later it has arrived. Firstly it is packaged exceptionally well and beautifully. Secondly, the mug arrived in perfect condition, and it is so beautiful. I am so happy. I would highly recommend.
Just as a side note, amazon is really letting you down. If my son didn't have his heart set on this mug, I might not have searched up the company myself and order direct. So I think that how amazon is handling packaging should be looked at.

Excellent service and products.
Purchased x2 of the latest plush characters to complete our collection (for now) which have arrived and they are absolutely adorable! The website, checkout and delivery were excellent.
