Service was very good and cannot…
Service was very good and cannot complain. The only thing that made me not give 5* is the processing fee for each transaction. £100 on top of the ticket prices. I’ve enquired about changing the tickets (to 4 in a row ) and the change cost would’ve been extra £200 meaning i had to pay again the processing fee.

Great experience
Very easy and quick communication. Although I would prefer all of us to sit together. I bought 5 tickets and one of us had to sit separately, even 2+3 would have been fine. But overall we had a great time and wouldn’t mind to use WowTickets again.

WoW tickets are not cheap but that’s ok you get what you pay for. For me it’s all about reliability and delivering on promises and doing what you say you will. This is ware Wow tick all the boxes.

A Company To Be Trusted
My tickets arrived late on the Saturday evening for a game the following day. I found this nerve racking as this was the first time I had used WOW Tickets.
I now understand this is their business model and it can be trusted.
My entry into the match was smooth and easy and I also had a ticket upgrade because of local stadium issues.
I would use WOW in the future.

Really good experience as the customer service was good and talks you through any issues you have but tickets take really long to come as i got mine at 12 o clock on matchday when the match was at 4 but apart from that really good
