I ordered 3 freezer draw fronts .. details from my fridge given to them. I received 3 fronts that were the wrong size, and trying to ask for a refund as I was not at fault. This became a nightmare.. After emails to Wow ... and ebay I have got my refund.
PLEASE NEVER BUY FROM WOW DISCOUNT LTD.
They promise you the world but if you have a problem then you will have to go to the core ... thank you ebay ... Wow ... says it all...

Please avoid! To start with, I made a mistake with an order via amazon and erroneously selected my old address. I reached out to them and was essentially told 'tough - you cannot amend' no options, workarounds, offers of help...

When i challenged this and told them it was a terse and unhelpful response they reported me to amazon!!!

Disgrace! I wouldn't even bother. The wrong item arrived and I had to pay for the return which they say they've never received. They have no email to send the proof of packaging to or a phone that they can pick up. I'm still waiting 4 weeks on for a £41 refund.

Ordered a Shark Vacuum filter from this firm via their Ebay site. Item arrived how ever it was not as advertised on their site. Tried 3 times to contact them for the exchange to correct their mistake. The item cost £4.79 to return it via post office cost £3.25. So not worth the effort for that small some. However, I should have been more street wise and read the reviews on Trustpilot for this firm. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL >COSTS

Exceptionally poor service. I received a very random wrong item (ordered a fridge bulb holder - received a cable router). Tried to contact wowdiscounts by email several times to return the wrong item and get my money back. Their auto response gave out I would get a reply in 24 hours. Not so!!
Yes they have a phone number ... premium charges apply!!

I purchased a Dyson vacuum cleaner replacement hose from WowDiscounts via the Amazon website. The item should have a arrived no later than 1st December 2020. It never arrived. I contacted WowDiscounts and all they provided was a Royal Mail tracking number which stated the item arrived in Northampton on 27th November 2020. Over a week later and it still hasn't arrived. I have never had such bad delivery service from an Amazon supplier before and I am very dissappointed and unhappy.

Ordered a Bosch carbon filter for my cooker hood & received a glass shelf. Apparently proof of delivery is proof of correct item dispatched...despite sending photos of contents! Disgusting company with 0 customer service & only wish I’d read reviews before placing order. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Ordered items from them via Amazon. Failed to deliver. Sent, via Amazon, email to company. Failed to respond. The word “shysters” comes to mind. Be very careful.

Appaulling service.
Despite paying a large premium for 'next day delivery' (nearly as much as the part itself) because I needed it in a hurry, the thing still hadn't arrived after three days.
Contacted through eBay, but no response - just a refund eventually.
An absolute shower (as plenty of other eBay feedback also suggests).

Ordered a fridge shelf which didn’t fit so returned it early September.They replied on 16 th September saying they had received it and would refund within 10 days . Three weeks later no refund and they have ignored 5 emails .

I purchased a replacement head for my Dyson cleaner. Within 9 months it had failed.
Tried to reach agreement with the seller, but they point blank refuse to help, not interested in the customer at all.
The part obviously has a 12 month warranty, but they already have the money, so not interested.

Take my advice and avoid these charlatans.

I ordered, through Amazon, Miele vacuum bags, the offer was for Two boxes. They arrived promptly but parcel only contained ONE box. Contacted them, they just said they had been delivered. Amazon also contacted them and the response was the same. WOW did nothing. Would never order from them again.

I’ve used this company, through eBay, to buy appliance spares on three occasions - Panasonic fridge/freezer thermistor and drawer flap and a Delonghi Coffee Maker solenoid valve. Their listing doesn’t usually show applicability but does show the MPN, so If you know this you can be sure you’ve got the right part and pricing is competitive. Postage is usually free, using a 48 hour non-tracked service. One part didn't arrive on time but, after giving RM the benefit of the doubt, it was eventually resent on a next day delivery. I was also particularly impressed with a Panasonic freezer draw flap I ordered - I broke it on a Saturday and received the replacement on Monday. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Wow Discounts again.

Wowdiscounts selling through Ebay and Amazon. Ordered a kenwood mixer. No delivery, no response to emails of Ebay custom services. Complete scam, avoid.
