MR Ali failed to carry put a basic service because the weather was cold and wet, this despite having a garage bigger than my house. He refused to do an MOT because he didn't know anywhere that had ramps big enough. He got an electrician to install a reversing camera, which I later discovered was left with live wires. Mr Ali wanted as much money as he could get without providing a very basic service. I managed to knock the price down but only by calling his bluff. Also, the driver took chunks out of the body work during delivery. I've spent £1800 since to keep the vehicle on the road. Luckily for me, other mechanics and electricians have demonstrated greater integrity.

I bought a Toyota Alphard from Worthside Motors July 2024. It was delivered to me but after the driver left I noticed the EMS light was on. Months later I am still waiting for this to be sorted out. I have been unwell so not on the case for a while but now I need to sell the car as I can no longer afford to run it but I can’t as the warning light is on most of the time. Why should I have to pay for the repair! I have contacted Worthside time and again asking for an exchange of car to something without a fault or they can collect it for repair leaving me with a courtesy car but nothing has happened. I am willing to take £1,000 off what I paid for the Alphard to make up for the miles I have put on it and have my money back. This is what they should do! I understand distance selling laws say I have a year from the purchase date to get a faulty car fixed, refunded or exchanged, Mr Imran Ali has done none of these things. He has ignored me or fobbed me off ever since I told him about the fault. 2 garages have done a diagnostic, it’s running lean, a smoke test was fine, it’s a faulty sensor most likely. Mr Ali only paid for 1 of these tests. Once I even drove it to Worthside Motors in Keighley, Yorkshire from Ledbury, Herefordshire and on the way home realised his mechanic had failed to solve the sensor problem, a very long journey for nothing. Do not buy a car from this cowboy outfit!
