Respects the client
I recently signed up for a Worthpoint subscription. Along with some questions and a subscription payment issue, I e-mailed their customer support.
My experience was excellent. I received a reply soonafter I sent my e-mail and my payment issue was resolved efficiently and quickly.
Based on this experience and the information I am finding within Worthpoint, I would highly recommend this online company.

Basically they don't care about service at all
WorthPoint is an unethical company which lures people in on a trial 7 days (fine in itself), but continues to bill you without any communications. I rely on my emails to tell me I'm subscribed or even renewing a year later, and they claim to send these but either don't, or likely they engineer them to go to people's junk mail. I know that because they engineer their T&Cs to not do this. When you raise this with them they do nothing.
Unethical, unhelpful customer services and one to just avoid. It's unfortunate I have to give them 1 star.

Worthpoint is a total waste of money everything is already available on the web for free. There is no free trial! Try it and see if you doubt me. Ebay advanced search is much better and it is free. Most information is copied from Ebay past auctions etc you can go Ebay advanced and see all this for free. Just try it and or Google history as well.

Terrible
Terrible. I started the free subscription and it wouldn't even let me look up the price of the items unless i upgraded to paying. Whats the point of the subscription then if i cant even try it! And when I tried to cancel the subscription theres no button to cancel! It says theres a button but its not on my subscription tab. I tried with my mobile and pc. I guess i got to call the bank now... what a hassle!!! This is cutting into my work time and im extreamly frustrated!

Customer service was prompt and perfect.
I tried Worthpoint for 1 year. I enjoyed the articles but found the pricing element did not meet my requirements in the UK. For more US centric people I imagine this site is perfect! I did not want to renew due to lack of use, lack of info for my requirements, and lack of money. The customer service team arranged a refund and cancelled my subscription without need of a phone all or extensive questions. I highly recommend this company for their customer service articles and location relevant info.

HOW TO SCAM THE BIG GUYS
Worthpoint is a site with no services or products but it is nevertheless able to siphon off funds from all the multinational credit card companies, Citi in my case.
I was issued a new card and had the charges reversed with ease, but it will only be a matter of time before WP finds a new entry into this account too. Citi is not exercising due diligence in online "commerce" and this site will probably thrive thanks to card issuers' negligent approach.

I had found out I received a charge of almost 500 dollars and immediately called my bank which was NO HELP WHATS SO EVER! I decided to do what I really didn’t want to which was contact worthpoint directly. I was helped by rep CATHERINE. Omg was she an angel ! Especially right now with us needing every penny possible for the holidays, she immediately helped me and did what not even my bank could do. She immediately gave me a refund and helped me soo quickly with no questions asked. I had no clue I had even been subscribed to the annual account. I was immediately given a refund with such a sweet kind service that made me want to cry! She was just amazing ! Thank you sooo Much miss CATHERINE I WISH you and your family NOTHING BUT THE BEST AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS ! Thank you SO VERY MUCH!

Since my annual subscription had expired, I needed assistance with changing my email address for a new account and starting a 7-day free trial for the premium subscription. Catherine, who answered my call, was very polite and took the time to set up my new account, so I could start exploring and researching again immediately. I really appreciated her assistance and professionalism!

No customer service
No customer service. They behave like they hate their customers. Constant harassment, selling your info, spam. They take automatic payments 2 months in advance so if you want to cancel, the following month has already been paid but they cancel service so steal a months' subscription. They conduct their business like shysters, which pretty much tells you what they think of their 'service'.

Real people answer the phone. Like recent & historical info.
My credit card was compromised and my payment did not go through. The lady who helped me took care of the problem immediately and was very pleasant. I got to speak to a REAL PERSON.
I like to check on the value of things and appreciate having a place to go that tells what items are actually selling for, not just what people hope they can sell them for. Gives recent sales prices which are more realistic than sales from years ago.

Research on Worthpoint
I've always had good experiences with Worthpoint. The people they hire are very knowledgable and listen to what you need. The research I do on Worthpoint is on point with current prices. My father and mother in law collected a lot of unique items and 90% of the time I can find it on Worthpoint.

I've never heard of site or been on it. They have been charging me since march almost 50$ per month. Crazy. Ive ready thy are greedy with refunds and hard to deal with. I messaged a month ago on site with no response. And surprise. Another charge. U offer low to no cost service to people but charge them out the butt for their service. Many people pay months with 1 Refund. They obviously are making profit without doing $hyt or services being used. It's a joke

SCAM
SCAM! DO NOT SIGN UP. I wish I read these reviews before signing up. Now I have to go through my bank to dispute the charge since they charged me and it wasn't authorized since I canceled before the date. Horrible site. Now customer service won't answer the phone.

TOTALLY ROGUE PLATFORM.
TOTALLY ROGUE PLATFORM.
I cancelled my subscription within one hour of signing up having completed just one search that returned absolutely no information.
When you sign up for the FREE TRIAL they take the first months subscription. I’ve requested a refund within there terms and conditions, but no response. I’ve been emailing Worthpoint everyday for a week, but no response at all.
Don’t go near this ROGUE PLATFORM.

I searched Google for a product and your site came up as having listing knowledge. This turned out to be totally false.
I accepted the trial to see what your site was about and to find the product.
Your site had no actual info on the product. And I had to fight to get help. I want a refund.
If I could give Negative Star, I would. You folks should be ashamed of yourself stealing from people. You will rot in hell!
