Communication with the seller is terrible. Scammers. Do not buy from them. I lost 600 euros

Does not send the tickets in time. After they do they send you the wrong tickets. Incredible untrustful.

I got my ticket in time, everything went fine. Although I think you should work on the TicketCover service.

Bought two tickets to see Adele via this website and both tickets have turned out to be copies and are invalid for entry. This site completed no checks or controls and offers only limited compensation. It may work sometimes but is also often used as a fence for forged or copy tickets. AVOID AVOID AVOID !

EAsy and straight forward booking system. Tickets recieved by email log in. All very hany for all those concerts that are sold out. The prices are high but that is the way it is.

I have seen several reviews where people are shocked when receiving the tickets, and they see they have paid 2-3 times the face value of the ticket.

This is a site for reselling tickets! Private people who for some reason cannot attend an event, have a chance of selling their ticket under controlled circumstances, and this is a service that Worldticketshop handles really well! The sellers was taking a long time in uploading the tickets, which made me a bit nervous, After some communication with the staff, the tickets were finally uploaded. Indeed, I paid 4 times the face value to see a world-class star who is on a world tour where EVERYTHING is sold out via the official channels. My wife and I celebrated her 40-year birthday in the best way possible, this was a once in a lifetime experience. Thanks to worldticketshop for helping make this a good experience. I cannot judge the way tey work if things go bad - but buying a used ticket always involves a risk, and you need to make up your mind what the risks and consequences are of buying tickets here.

Ordered Benfica football tickets but was staying at an apartment in Lisbon that couldn't take delivery, so the seller hand delivered to the airport for me upon arrival. Communication from Bram at worldticketshop was superb throughout. Really pleased :)

Tickets little bit more expensive however everything went very smooth, tickets uploaded almost week before, no problem latter on at all. I communicated with people from WorldsTicket couple of times in the past (football tickets for FC Barcelona and for AS Rome), they always answered in short time, within 24 hours. although the tickets for the foot ball match were quite expensive the experience in the Real Madris stadium was great.
when the person called me not anonymous I thought it will be oke. the 18 tickets were delivered the day before the match with a lot of rules, but it all went smoothly.

We bought tickets for Muse concert in Amsterdam. Everything went quite smoothly, tickets uploaded just in time before the concert. The support was very friendly and explained everything, so I didn't worry about the tickets not being uploaded for a while. Not bad at all.

I had my doubts about this site at first then read a few bad reviews but after purchasing tickets & them arriving on time for face value I'd be more than happy to use the site again. Thanks again world ticket shop.

After being assured a number of times the seller was trusted. He met us less than an hour before the event started and gave us tickets worth £130 LESS than the tickets type we purchased. We paid for seating and got standing at the back. We were given less than £30 back per ticket by works ticket shop and told its buyer beware. DISGRACEFUL- it's illegal and disgusting and they weren't even shocked - didn't care and made no apologies

Obligé de réclamer car 2 mois après achat toujours pas de billets. Billets à télécharger alors qu'on vous demande de payer des frais d'envoi en recommandé. Billets nominatifs au nom d'une autre personne que vous (acheteur) car revente de billets revendus au double du prix d'origine. Demandes d'explications sur site Worldticketshop = réponses sans rapport avec les questions. Bref, j'estime que ce site est une vaste entreprise d'arnaque.
Obliged to protest because 2 months after purchase always no bills(tickets). Bills(tickets) to be downloaded while we ask you to pay forwarding charges by registered mail. Name specific bills(tickets) in the name of another person than you (buyer) because resale of bills(tickets) resold to the double(copy) of the price(prize) of origin. Demands(requests) of on-site explanations Worldticketshop = answers without any relationship with the questions. In brief, I consider that this site is a vast company of swindle.

I booked tickets for my husband for the PDC world dart championship 2016 through worldticketshop. I was very worried as after I booked the the tickets I read some very bad reviews. I emailed them a lot, checking my tickets would show up and they were genuine. Each time I got a reply within two days. Everything was fine. Tickets arrived 2 weeks before the event and the seats were great. The only negative thing I would say is that the tickets were very expensive compared to what you could pay booking direct. But all in all, great customer service and great tickets.
