Nothing but problems with…

Worldsim now say that after one year you lose all your credit even though I have not seen that on their terms and conditions. However Worldsim emailed me 3 times in the past year and in January 2026 ,before I travelled, confirming my credit of about 33 US dollars and have not replied to my numerous emails pointing this out to them.I also sent them a screenshot of my account showing this credit last month.Worldsim advertise an Ombudsman who have not dealt with them for 3 years .
I have requested the name etc of their Ombudsman and they say that they do not have this information at present .Why has Worldsim not an Ombudsman as all mobile SIM operators have one and why do they advertise one that has not dealt with them for 3 years
How is it possible to advertise an Ombudsman for 3 years who is not your Ombudsman. False advertising at best.
Worldsim are dishonest and promise replies that you do not receive. Avoid at all costs

Nothing but problems with Worldsim.Could not phone when in Sri Lanka or India even though I checked my credit on line and by email.Worldsim said there was a technical issue.Same problem in Europe.
Contacted the Ombudsman who Worldsim claim to be their Ombudsman but they say that that do not deal with Worldsim for the last 3 years.Contacted Worldsim by chat and they said 'at the moment I do not have any Ombudsman name'.I repeated that they show on their website "ombudsman Communications in Warrington" who confirm that they have not dealt with Worldsim for 3 years.
I have had nothing but problems with Worldsim and asked for my money back but Worldsim just give excuses.Avoid

Great experience!

Everything, very simple and easy to use and it's a decent price! I still think you guys need to compete with the local prices of destinations more, Bali has much better deals locally than you guys are offering! Instead of 20 GB, you need to be offering at least 50 to 100gb as here, they offer 150gb for £10.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH WORLDSIM

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH WORLDSIM. I ordered a sim card for a trip to Europe and Africa with 4 day shipping. I have never received the card or tracking info after almost 3 weeks. Customer service just gives me the run around, saying it will be shipped or no answer at all. I requested a refund and same thing, they tell me the case is being reviewed, then ask if I still want the card because they will ship it right away. I needed a phone service 2 weeks ago.I ended up putting a stop payment on the transaction. Seriously, take it from someone who had to learn the hard way. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WORLDSIM!
