So far happy with World First service. Their customer specialist Kaan Diler is very professional and quick to respond and address all inquiries. Even though personal account was not approved, our company account has been approved, so I am looking forward to start using it soon.

I really wanted to switch to WorldFirst for more cost-efficient services. But, after I got the confirmation email that my account was approved and I had to "click link to finish registration", I waited for 3 weeks for a reply from them, because my account was actually not showing as approved on their platform. And 3 weeks later, they tell me to send some documents again. Reading other 1-2 star reviews here - makes me happy I didn't manage to switch my payment processing provider to them.

I made my company account with Worldfirst easily from a few months then they extended the permissions to my business account now to run the business operations soomthly. It's a good to build a long term relationship with them.

My client’s payment is already showing on my WorldFirst account, but it’s locked/unavailable and I can’t use it. I provided all the documents they requested to enable third-party payments, but my application was refused and I was told the payment would be returned to the sender.
Since then, I’ve been left waiting with no clear date, no concrete timeline, and no confirmation that the refund/return has actually been initiated. Support only replies with vague messages like ‘under review’ and keeps sending me in circles, while my funds stay untouchable and it’s impacting my business.

WorldFirst froze my legitimate marketplace funds and showed very poor understanding of how online platforms operate.
I provided screenshots, transaction history, and full explanations, but they kept asking for documents that marketplace sellers simply cannot access. In the end, instead of releasing my funds, they forced a refund.
The compliance process felt rigid and disconnected from real e-commerce practices. Very frustrating experience.

Total bullshit.
They held 32 000 Euros for over a week, they said they processed and will give feedback. The initial sender never received the money back and I have never got any update from them. Yet today when I am talking to support they just send copy/paste answers and don't have anything to tell me. No proof of the refund just asking me to wait some more time... She doesn't even know how many days... Terrible terrible terrible. The worst experience of my life.
