I don't go away very often, but I've used World First a number of times.
Several of my holidays have been quite complex, but I've always been able to get insurance that meets or exceeds my needs. The price has always been refreshingly competitive.

Brilliantly professional and understanding staff. Called about medical cover for a Uk trip, and it was so easy. Felt that the service knew and understood about my medical conditions, and it was easy to talk about the ones that were relevant to my cover. And the price was shockingly low compared to what I was expecting. Thank you

Excellent service from Steve, at World-First Travel Insurance today - I have been shopping around for quotes for a while. He dealt with pre-existing medical conditions in a sensitive, thorough way. Quote very reasonable and much better than other companies I had tried. Will be taking forward once dates for trip confirmed. Would strongly recommend based on this initial experience. Thank you.

Really helpful people who spoke to you to understand the details of your pre existing conditions rather than just tick boxes or yes/no with no context.

I like that there is a customer service advisor at the other end of the phone . I spoke to Beth and she was very helpful and very patient.

It took quite a long time to sort out our insurance but the lady on the phone remained patient and helpful and we did get the insurance sorted out to our delight.

This was the only company that would insure me with a less than 6 month prognosis. Thanks to them I managed to enjoy a wonderful cruise and I have another one booked. I had almost given up all hopes of obtaining cover.

Used WFTI few times now & easily follow through the stages to arrange cover. Various package options, plus add ons available if required.

The staff I spoke to were very helpful, I wasn't asked the same computer generated questions regarding my husband's pre existing illnesses that all the other insurers asked.They went into alot more detail and were able to give me a realistic quote ( when most companies just said they were unable to help).

I have used World First for the last 3 years as my child has a really rare condition. They have always been helpful on the phone and this year (2026) his condition was online in the drop down box! I couldn’t believe it! Made it so much easier to go through the system online and pay for the insurance! Getting insurance for a medical conditional is never easy but this was 100% easier! As always, a very easy process to arrange my holiday insurance. All done on line in about 15 minutes. It only takes that long as I have some medical issues and World First ask a range of questions about each condition. This means I can go away with peace of mind that I am fully covered for my holidays for the year 😊
