This company has gone above and beyond to create my personalised embroidered gowns.
I spoke with 3 absolutely wonderful ladies, Gill, Holly and Nirosha who couldn’t have been anymore helpful, friendly and professional. Couldn’t recommend this company enough. Will certainly use them again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Ordered the wrong size and they handled the return and refund fast and effciently and the replacement size were with me in 1 working day. Also excellent quality product, could not be happier.

Total appalled with the way I have been treated, I ordered my item on the 2nd of May, it should have taken 3 to 5 working days, I called to find out where my order was 3 times, they keep saying it is in the post, I asked for a tracking number which they were supposed to be sending that never arrived in, the assistant I spoke to was extremely rude to me. I was told it was Royal Mails fault, still haven’t received my item. Will never use this company again.

Unbelievable experience from the start. The team were very patient with me over several weeks and design changes; very specifically Ella and Stasia. They were happy to make last minute changes free of charge and even threw in some freebies for which I can't thank them enough. To top it off, the products and embroidery work are 10/10. Best in the business!

A bad company to deal with.
They sell straw hats which are labelled ‘one size’ with no further details. When you ring up to request measurements to see if the hat will fit they aren’t interested in providing or finding that information for you.
If you take a chance and buy the hat and it doesn’t fit they won’t accept any fault and cover the return postage, leaving you out of pocket and with a useless item.
Shop with someone that takes the time to sell you the right sized garment and not these guys.
