I am so happy with my new worktops but am very upset about my delivery being 2 days later than promised. My fitter came & removed my sink, hob & oven in readiness for the arrival. When it hadn't arrived by 2.30 I rang & was told that it had not been loaded on the lorry but would come on Friday, which it did at 1.15. Therefore we were without those 3 things for 2 days which wasn't pleasant. My fitter very kindly came on Saturday to try & make up for lost time & is coming back on Monday to finish up, which of course is going to cost me more money than expected. 😡

The packaging was excellent and the replacement kitchen cabinet door is of the highest quality and finish, thank you Worktop City.

I can’t say as my sample hasn’t arrived yet but it looks good

A Very bad company i ordered kitchen sink unit well thats what thy photo showed then because my sister passed away on Christmas eve 2025 i dint not open the package and till today only to discover it was not what i thought i had ordered when i contacted this company the response was shocking blamed it all on me didn't give a dam about my sisters passing and just told me to do one do not buy from a heartless company like this thy have no respect for there customers at all and there attitude is shocking im going to take this further or will do a charge back with my bank stay away from people like this shower of shi
Dont listen to a word this scam company is saying thy are evil people even after explaining to them about my sister passing away on Christmas eve and my sisters son passing away it didn't make any difference at all what a evil company to deal with stay well away if you have any problems thy will say anything to get out of replacement there person i spoke to also has a bad attitude
Also this company saying about my other reviews i have left other companies it just goes to show how bad companies are today thy wouldn't no what customer service means if you printed the word on a banner i have been in business 45yrs and the service we get today is shocking and i wish to remind this companie that the fact i have had to leave bad feedback on other companies shows how bad thing's are and has nothing to do with them thats what trustpilot is for and thank god we have a place where we can expose companies like this one

Service has been outstanding. The quality is lovely.

All were delivered quickly and very well packaged. I had a query beforehand about measuring for pre drilled hinges which was answered very helpfully when I phoned. I even received a call after the order was placed just to check on the measurements of where I wanted them drilled. Hinges fit perfectly.

Easy to follow website and online ordering and kept updated on progress at every step up to and including delivery- also had a question which was answered quickly- would definitely recommend

The sample came and they give you a good idea of what the real thing will be like .
The only thing is that I wasn’t able to track my sample order ,so if your in a hurry for a sample give yourself a couple of weeks to receive it just incase it takes longer than it says
But apart from than that it’s a 👍

Ordered samples yesterday and had an email this morning saying they are being dispatched - process and communication very good

Can’t offer a review as the sample I ordered hasn’t arrived.
Would say though, after waiting g a week for it, I then received a note on comp slip advising it wasn’t available. Quick email wound gave been more efficient than a typed label on a comp slip…!
