Mike Robinson Furniture Restoration

Mike Robinson, Furniture Restoration Specialists is a company supposedly helping customers moving abroad with restoration of damaged furniture items, offering expert repair and advice.

Mr Robinson came across as a man I could not trust, as he assessed the move damages in our house, took pictures, promised the repairs would fix everything and relayed the information to the moving company providing payment for this claim completely different things! He stated our furniture was in really poor / soiled condition, that it is not worth repairing and one item was.....damaged by ourselves! I had no words after I heard back regarding the claim.

Mike Robinson is an unrealiable dishonest man I could never trust in fixing anything. I left numerous messages on his mobile asking to help with the quote/repair, he never boethered to return a call. Poor customer service regardless of any outcome of a discussion.

I am glad that in the end I took cash payment from insurance company instead of taking up the option of fixing broken firniture via this company. as I would not trust this man to do a good job. Not speaking to your client and hanging up on them is bad service. Whatever your message is.

Disrespectful service, unrealiable workers, would not recommend to repair your elite furniture in your home. Stay well away!

I think I know who you are I do surveys giving my experienced opinion and just report to the company that sent me. They will give me any instructions to repair or discuss with you about your claim, that is not for me to do. I have being doing this for 50 years so while I am sorry about how you feel regards your claim outcome, please take it up with the insurance as we would not get involved with direct debate with you about your claim, even if you kept calling and leaving rude and agitated messages. It maybe the damages could be repairable maybe not but if the company decline your claim there would be, I am sure, a good reason.
