Leurs formulaires sont très peu représentatif de la réalité et leurs services très mauvais!
- Eine Registration des Unternehmens und der einzelnen Mitarbeitern ist sehr mühsam, die Vorlagen sind mangelhaft aber gleichzeitig lehnen sie diese ab, wenn übertrieben gesagt ein Komma falsch gesetzt wird (Stand 2023/2024 vielleicht ist es jetzt besser).
- Auch wenn man die Dienste nicht mehr nützt (letzte Aktualisierung über ein Jahr her), wird der Vertrag stillschweigend verlängert und man erhält eine unanfechtbare Rechnung, weil auf die AGB verwiesen wird, dass 3 Monate im Voraus auf Vertragsverlängerung gekündet werden muss, ansonsten muss man den ganzen Jahresbetrag bezahlen, jetzt zahle ich CHF 500 für nichts.
Die Idee dahinter ist eigentlich sehr gut. Aber die Umsetzung ist die reinste Katastrophe. Umsetzung, Service, Support und Tarife sind eine Zumutung. Es sollte eigentlich ein Mehrwert für die Unternehmen sein, leider ist der Aufwand immens und absolut nicht Verhältnismässig. Daher Max 2*
