The boiler is great not let us down yet just keep it serviced.

It’s a boiler, it sits in the cupboard with the pegs and toaster, we turn the hot tap on and it works, we put the heating on and it works I think it’s happy sharing a cupboard with the pegs and toaster, sometimes it wakes the pegs up when there having a sleep 😴, I feel bad now I’ve never told it it’s doing such a good job, maybe I’ll go and tell it. I might give it a name, Wendy is a good name, I’ll call it Wendy.

I can’t fault our Worcester Bosch Boiler it’s the most effective trustworthy energy efficiency boiler I’ve ever had installed. I am more than happy with my purchase as I bought it through a company named Heatable and was able to budget by paying for my boiler in instalments each month at 0% for two years, this was a convenient way of affording a large payment when our old boiler had to be replaced on top of Christmas. The boiler is so quiet you can’t even hear it which is brilliant as my older two boilers were extremely noisy. I had a up to date thermostat installed with it as it comes with the new boiler. I would definitely recommend this model to anyone as I having nothing negative to say about it and everything is positive.

It’s a top boiler. Works really well in my maisonette. My only problem was when I called the company that fitted it to come do the annual maintenance they did show up.

Installation of the new boiler was completed in a day .
The portable thermostat is user friendly .

Good booking service and able to come out within 2 days for our boiler that had stopped working. Mark came out and was amazing, really kept us informed, worked hard, tidied better than any tradesman we’ve had and he had a uni student with him who he was really great with. Got the problem fixed after working hard at it for several hours. Excellent service, thanks mark and Bosch.

My plumber recommended my Worcester Bosch boiler, the fitting was seamless and runs perfectly. It even goes through it's own problem solving and just tells me if the water needs to be topped up, which is an easy process. I've had WB boiler before but this one out performs all others.

Our service engineer determined the fault and explained about the Fast Track Team at Worcester Bosch. I used the fast track service and the Fast Track team took over and arranged for an installation engineer to attend quickly, and install a new boiler in under a day. A great service all round with many thanks to Laurence from Worcester Bosch Fast Track team and Ryan from RKL Plumbing & Heating.

Mark - (N1MF) was very professional. He attended at the time he said he would. He was tidy and completed the work quickly. He was polite and respectful.

Worcester external oil boiler performs well. It is more economical and quieter than the boiler it replaced. Installation was carried out speedily and very efficiently by Morgan's of Oswestry. They have since serviced the boiler. I would recommend this boiler to anyone.
