Friendly, helpful engineer who explained everything very well to me.,
Service very thorough covering issues that I had identified and resolving them fully.
This is the second time that I have used a genuine Worcester Bosch engineer and they are so much better than other heating engineers that I have experienced over the years. It’s worth that bit extra you pay.

The installation journey of my boiler was pretty quick smooth and detailed. Adam was really a great guy and I had a great customer service experience with them. Taking finance for this was also hassle free with reasonable APR

Your Engineer, Andy (S7AC), was on time, very polite, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He did an excellent job by diagnosing the problem with our boiler in no time and remedy the problem very quickly and thoroughly.
He left the place very clean and tidy and fully explained everything to me before he leaves.

Service engineer Reece arrived promptly after calling me to indicate an ETA for the annual service. Friendly and courteous engineer. Left the area clean and tidy. My boiler is 21 years old and never misses a beat. Shows the value of regular servicing from Worcester.

Mr Matt White engineer came today, to inspect and repair a problem with the hot water. It turned out this was the installer’s fault and the boiler has not been linked correctly. Matt came round on time, has done all the work in good time and gave us all the advise we needed! Five star service, thank you!

Prompt and Friendly service

Every year my boiler is serviced and each time the gas engineer conducts a very professional job.
From the pre phonecall to make me aware of their time of arrival, to the friendliness at my front door, to enquiring if all has been well with my boiler, to checking and carrying out work (if any) making sure they tidy up behind themselves and lastly, explaining what checks and work has been carried out.
James, your engineer, has carried out these services over consecutive years and he is an absolute credit to the company.

We are an Accredited Installer over in Dunfermline and Scott has been out to a couple of our jobs now. Both times he was spot on. Turned up when he said he would, found the fault quickly, worked clean and actually explained what was going on rather than just fixing it and disappearing.

He went further than he needed to on both visits to make sure the customer was properly sorted. Our customers noticed too, which tells you a lot. Five stars, no hesitation.
