Zero customer service
Zero customer service: Returns process is not straight forward with unresponsive customer service, unanswered phone calls/emails. Wouldn't recommend.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Purchased 2 recycled wool blankets. They're gorgeous. They're really warm, look amazing and feel great. Arrived well packaged.
My blanket arrived very quickly indeed and was well packed in eco friendly bag. Colour exactly as website & size accurate, well made the corners are actually squared and the price compared favourably with identical items offered elsewhere. Made in Britain so another brownie point. My one very small criticism is that the cardboard label was in a plastic bag attached with a plastic loop - why? Soils your image as everything else was perfect.
Blankets arrived in good time, but no invoice included and they have ignored all requests for an invoice to be emailed to me.
Ordered a woolen blanket on Tuesday evening and it arrived Thursday lunchtime. Well done WBO and Royal Mail (RM track&trace worked fine). While ordering, at one point, I was offered the chance to download the 'Shop' app to track the package. DON'T! - search for Shop.app on Trustpilot to see why. You don't need it. One of the Shop.app reviews suggested that it is added to online shops without the shop knowing about it. I find it hard to imagine WBO would have added it themselves, given they use Royal Mail with track&trace.
