Well my experience was great because trustpilot helped me in a lot of different ways so that’s why I am going to recommend this app to my friends and family

A very poor product with worse customer relations

Received mine couple of days ago, DISSAPOINTED.
I was expecting much more.. the video marketing Woojer produce, gave me high expectations to the point £400+ seemed acceptable. (OH NO stupid me)

The packaging is the best bit, its the best fancy packaging iv ever seen on any product in my entire life & the vest looks amazingly high tech wow...

HOWEVER then you realise you need a cable running from your VR goggles (audio output) to the vest (audio input) to ensure the lag (latency) is almost zero. BUT then you realise you need a set of wired headphones, a cable running from the vest (audio output) to your earphones, so you can actually hear the sounds created from your VR goggles. (you can use Bluetooth earphones but then your ADDING to the audio delay).

Confused, ok let me explain if you use the Bluetooth facility on the vest, the lag is so big its like watching a movie and the actors lips move but it takes a few seconds for you to hear the voice. So imagine how it feels in a shootem up, you fire your gun and 3-6 seconds later you hear the sound of the gun.... BAD!

THE ONLY WAY ROUND THIS is to use WIRED cables and wired HEADPHONES. very sad and cable messy.

They don't tell you this in the marketing...

AND then there's the actual performance of the vest, hum.... all 6 (thumpers) work at the exact same time, so when your shot in the back on your VR game, the whole vest rumbles, front, side and rear, not really giving you the feeling of being shot in the back, in fact the vest gives your a feeling a bit like in a arena concert, where the base is high and you can feel it in your entire body.

Finally they also don't explain that if your VR game has music in the background, the (thumpers) react to the music as well as the gun firing, or what ever your doing in the VR, this is a distraction because you then feel like your in a nightclub and the background music is pulsing through your body detracting from the actual effect of gunshot etc....

All in all i would love to return this product for a refund, but I'm sure Woojer wouldn't do that, so I'm £400+ down and a product i feel is worth £200 maximum, and more honest marketing to stop MISLEADING the customer.

Just wanted to reiterate that (at the moment) all seems OK and the company are not scammers.

I ordered a Vest 3 on the 20th December and got a UPS confirmation of a label being created the same day. Today, the 23rd December, UPS confirmed they have the package.

I'll update the review later with my experience with the Vest 3 or if the item doesn't arrive as expected

Works as advertised except I’ve had some issues with the Bluetooth connection to the PS5. The vest connection is fine but the headset connection to the vest breaks up.

Running with an audio cable between both is the better way to go - at least in terms of latency and reliability.

If there could be one thing made better, it’s the fit. I feel like the waist strap needs to be adjustable lower as it sits a little high for me.

Just to let everyone know, I purchased two Woojer strap 3, and read trust pilot reviews afterwards. I thought the worst, emailed them all the time and fair play they responded to all my concerns. I even contacted PayPal who were willing to help and felt bad for doing this. Items did arrive as they promised, and as it’s the festive period, everything is manic out there. I have never reviewed anything before but thought I owe it to the Woojer to tell everyone my experience and to hopefully reassure people they are not a scam company.

The device has provided a lot of content for movies and the like.
One improvement is the expansion of tone color or Timbre so that the voices of female singers would appear more distinct like male singers.

Totally new experiences of listening to music and playing music ps5 games with the woojer on.

I purchased weeks ago and it’s now the 20th December and still have not received the item. They have since updated a tracking number that states label created on the 12th December but UPS do not recognise the tracking number, nor do they have an item for delivery.

Woojer support not answering now!
I’m really upset as this was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my son and at £400 he doesn’t have much else.
I just hope no one else has been scammed too!! Awful ‘company’

This company is a scam!!! Do not buy from Wooja as you never receive the item and they lie about tracking numbers to stop you from complaining. Be warned. I just hope nobody else loses a large amount of money on this scam. Looking at other posts online the support team tells everyone the same lie! I await to proved wrong but no one in the UK will receive any items they purchased before Christmas (24)

I bought the Woojer 3 strap for a forthcoming art exhibition where we wanted to provide haptic feedback of the audio soundscape for hard of hearing, deaf, and Deaf audiences as well as anyone interested in trying this additional opportunity to immerse themselves. It does a pretty decent job of capturing the dynamic highs and lows of the soundtrack, but I find the belt is not quite equipped to distinguish between sounds and for longer, it just becomes a static hum. I think it's interesting, and I look forward to further exploring its possibilities in the gallery. Where I think it might shine is wayfinding and giving triggers to the audience to pay attention to new information

Gaming - EPIC experience. Like “take your breath away” type experience. FPS is immersive but try the VR horror games and good luck.

Music, movies, sports: If you haven’t built a solid Woojer music playlist by now, you’re missing out on a concert-like experience. Don’t even get me started on how it feels where you play it in the VR live sports experiences (for those of you who want a start of what it’s like to sit court-side)

Relaxation - weather it’s hooked up to my Oculus or my phone, the meditation and relaxation applications really do their job with the addition of the vest.

Want to game, still feel immersed, and you don’t want to interrupt the house noise with the family (or friends), still can with some good headphones.

The woojer vest is an amazing buy.

I had great experience with woojer. So much so I ordered multiple times. Shipping was quick and the product is phenomenal even after a year it's still going strong.

I bought the woojer vest 3 because I've always wanted to try haptic feedback for gaming, I connected it wired to my PS5 controller & wire connected to Sony 3D pulse headset & WOW I couldn't believe how good this vest was, I first played battlefield 2042, the woojer vest 3 is so impressive I could feel every bullet hitting me, I thought I would only feel the feedback through the discs built into the vest but that wasn't the case, I was feeling bullets hitting my shoulder & arms where the vest doesn't cover, even my friend felt the same when trying it, it is so impressive I could feel the rumble of the tanks coming alongside me, I could feel the tracks of the tanks it was unbelievable, the sensations seem to tap into your whole body, the vest is so powerful you feel every hand grenade, if you get shot at by a tank it's like a bomb has gone off next to you it really is that Powerful, I've played racing games through my VR headset which is seriously awesome, there's no point mentioning all the games I play whilst wearing the vest as I wear it for every game now & for me gaming wouldn't be the same without it, I've been completely hooked since the first day I put it on, I've played music wearing it which is really cool I've watched movies same thing explosions you feel everything! For anyone thinking about buying woojer products you will not be disappointed I guarantee that, the vest is built more so for adults but you can adjust the straps to fit your size from the chest & sides, it is very well made with high quality materials with a very comfortable fit, if I could rate more than five stars I would, it is a wonderful experience playing games etc, I still get the same WOW factor from the very first day I bought it, I'm also keeping an eye open for any products wooger might design in the near future, many thanks woojer I'm disabled and you have given me a massive dose of excitement to my life.

I have the original Woojer Vest Edge. As an Engineer, I was interested to see what this had to offer. When I first put it on I turned up all the settings to see if more was better. In the right situation that might be ok, each experience requires a bit of adjustment which is easily done on the provided control dial on the left shoulder strap. I quickly realized the some of the most realistic sensation is when everything is turned down and very faint. The unit allows for Bluetooth connection and wire connect. I found the need for multiple Bluetooth connections. With multiple Bluetooth connections latency may be noticed (not the fault of the Woojer). This is common with any Bluetooth connection. A free solution I found to dial in latency and easily connect multiple devices is VOICEMEETER (yes, spelled voicemeeter). Google it and download the standard version. The Woojer is a great, fun product and connecting it to a variety of applications makes it more and more enjoyable. Remember, it might take some adjustments on the vest or from your device. The Woojer website provides tools to help get it connected and the VOICEMEETER has its tutorial. I have my Woojer Vest Edge dialed in with just the right amount of feedback in perfect sync. For all those complaining didn't give it a chance.

Bought the Vest 3 and vest liner to use for gaming. I knew before buying what to expect, a haptic-based immersive experience. It does exactly what its designed to do and does it well. It brings FPS and driving games to life! Our family especially loves playing Halo with it and the battery lasts long enough that everyone gets a turn to wear it. The vest brings games into the room with you. We also use it with our racing wheel in Forza Motorsport and I’m impressed that in combination with the force feedback of the wheel, it makes it feel like you are actually inside the car.
I think audiophiles can skip this product to invest in premium headphones but those who love to feel huge music might like the 360 feedback. It is also fun to wear during action movies.
The vest is made extremely well with high quality materials. So far, we haven’t needed to do more than wash the liner to keep everything fresh. The vest is adjustable at the waist and the shoulders but it is sized for adults. The kids swim in it but they make it work. It would be great to see the vest more adjustable to fit smaller adults and kids. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of this.

I became interested in transducers during COVID and attempted to make my own sound vest to add a tactile experience to my movies/music/games. I was able to get Low Frequency Oscillations to play through the vest but I wasn't able to route the regular frequencies simultaneously to headphones.
I eventually came upon Woojer through my research (or maybe good targeted ads) and it looked cool. I waited until the Woojer Vest 3 came out though before I finally decided to invest in one. I am BLOWN AWAY. I've had it for a little over 2 months now and I'm finding it difficult to stream any media without it!
The deep bass in movies and the suspenseful parts are just so much more immersive now. I've rediscovered some of my favorite music with the added LFO experience. It truly feels like I'm at a concert/festival with the vibrations in my chest! I live in an apartment building and can't use a subwoofer but no one can hear/feel my personal Woojer.
It's almost as if I've been watching everything in black and white and I've finally been introduced to Color - and I can't go back!
Now I'm saving up to buy my friend one because he's a game streamer and I know for a fact it will make his Call of Duty experience all that much better.
Well done, Woojer. The hardware and software are both on point. And this thing looks pretty futuristic and cool! 100% worth the price if you have a little disposable income.
