After searching for harnesses for my puller Springer I came across woofles and their fabulous products. Started with a harness and now have 2 X harness, a lead and a collar. Fabulous products and great customer service

Excellent quality products, we have a cocker spaniel and we have found the harness and collars to fit perfectly. Really helpful with sizes when we were buying and very quick delivery. Would not hesitate to recommend and will also use them going forward.

So, sadly I have to leave a negative review. Purchased 2 harnesses and leads from there and products arrived promptly, looked great. We have a 7 month old puppy and a 2 year old dog. The harnesses fitted nicely. On to the walk - older dog did a poo and in the seconds I was picking that up the pup bit through the dog lead as if it was paper. On closer inspection the leads which I thought were tough nylon seem not to be. So, contacted the company, who were brilliant, but just offered a discount on the lead. No, sorry, that won't work as the leads aren't anywhere near sturdy enough. So I've gone back to the old leads we've had for months, that have been nibbled on, but are far tougher than these leads / harnesses.

I wouldn't have left such a negative review on here, however when I left a negative review on their website last month, it strangely hasn't appeared, only 5* reviews, that's rather naughty as I'm sure I'm not the only one that will have this issue.

So, to sum up - Purchasing from them great, shipping great, quick return of my email when I emailed them, however products if you have a puppy that nibbles, I'd give them a miss.

I have received spam email from this company, never having had any contact with them ever. They must compile their spam email list from gaining pet business email address from their websites.
Edit in light of business's response: You are correct, I do make a habit of it. I write about companies that spam every time I get spam. In this instance I received an email entitled "Your clients will fall in love with our safest & strongest harness yet!". Where did you obtain my email address because I have no pets and have never purchased from you or even heard of you until you sent me an unsolicited spam email. UK law requires consent for businesses to contact them. You didn't get my consent and merely found my email address online. I'm not the only one frustrated by this as you'll see in the comments on their social posts.
As well as spammers, they are also liars, claiming on their website they have a 5-star rating on Trust Pilot when it's 4 stars.
And what readers of this review don't know is that you tried to have it taken down, citing no record of having done business with me (because you haven't) and I had to prove to Trustpilot I'd received your spam in order for the review to stand. So you really are coming off as the spamming liars that you are here.

Often supporting a local/sole trader or a growing enterprise comes at the cost of poor service or inadequate products. I was delighted by my experience with Woofles where I bought a collar, lead and harness for our new pup. Excellent communication from Kat, first class products which were well wrapped and shipped promptly and all at a great price means we will certainly be buying from Kat again. Well done and good luck with your business.

Fantastic service from the get go, material is really great on the collar and on the endurance hardness, very easy to wash with no stains left, and a wee biscuit and thank you note was really lovely!
Would definitely use again and I will in the future!

I purchased the Red endurance harness. It arrived quickly, well packaged with a note from the business owner.

I have a miniature dachshund and purchased a Small. It fits him perfectly. He is a right pain and usually runs a mile when I bring out his harness but this is so much easier where he can step in to it, be buckled in and locked in. All of the features are strong and well made. It feels very secure.

Really pleased with it!

I don't know how you did it with Royal Mail when other packages have been delayed by up to 6 weeks - I can tick off another present from my shopping list!
Oh and 3 doggies across the UK are loving their advent calendars - just brilliant.

Ordered a teal Endurance harness and it arrived within days, its well made and I can feel the difference when my dog pulls whilst walking, it survived visits to the beach and rolling in mud and it washes well each time. Would recommend and will be buying next size up once my puppy grows out of current one.

We have an air mesh harness in blue for each of our pugs, one red and one black endurance harness each, plus the starry night collection.

The boys haven't slipped out of their harnesses once. They fit really well and we love the colour choices too.

This is my 3rd purchase from Woofles (harness and lead, dog tags, another harness because our puppy is growing at an insane rate) and they've all been brilliant.

The first harness we bought (airmesh) was perfect for him when we first brought him.home and was super comfortable. He's now in a medium endurance harness which makes him look very grown up but works like a charm. When he inevitably outgrows the medium we'll be back for the large.

Customer service has been exemplary throughout and I would recommend Woofles to anyone.

I have an endurance harness for my boxer & a dual mesh one for my puggle.
Been using for around a year now & they still look great.
My dogs are comfortable in them which is so important.
Highly recommend :)
