We bought several toys from Wood Wood Toys, including the Montessori Climbing Frame Set, and it has been wonderful for our baby girls. They love it. We also bought a few other toys and experienced some issues with a couple of them. After we reported it, they immediately took care of it for us. Their customer service was excellent — they responded quickly and followed up as well. It is rare to find a company that shows this level of care for its customers. It gave us even more confidence in buying from them, and we will certainly purchase other toys from Wood Wood Toys in the future.

Great product, quite easy to assemble. Having a third bar in the back would’ve increased the tower’s safety. Nice finish. My son loved it!

The fact that you actually ship to remote Northern locations is amazing!! Customer service was excellent, and product arrived quickly despite our location. We bought the product for a Christmas gift and it did not disappoint. Our 3.5 and 16 mo love it, and we couldn’t be happier.

I ordered this item for Christmas for my nephew on November 21st & we are December 5th and I didn't hear anything else about my order .. really sad that it might not arrive for Christmas!!

Thé creativity of this puzzle turned small figure playground is unique to Western Europe toys- I bought the figures Grimm’s x neon separately for my play therapy practice and a second set as a baby gift.

I'm really impressed with the service that I received on my recent order. The online chat was an actual person who responded quickly to my inquiry and was very helpful. When I said that I needed a particular shipping method due to delivery limitations in my building, they flagged my order to make sure that was done. It was shipped the next day and delivered from Ontario to Vancouver within about 5 days (actual days, not business days). Awesome service, thank you!
