Poor communication and stressful experience.
Avoid! Unless you want to spend your time chasing for answers and updates. After reading other reviews it seems I was experiencing the same as others.
Genuinely, the customer service I received wasn't even worth one star. I was ignored on multiple occasions across different platforms, and it took weeks to receive any meaningful response from the company.
Unfortunately, that was where this experience really fell short. Even when I did receive a reply, the responses were often very short, abrupt, and unhelpful, If I did it was a "sorry about this" or " oh, this never happens" followed by days or sometimes weeks of silence with no updates.
Considering the premium prices of these products, I expected a much higher level of customer care. In our industry, we're usually more than happy to recommend suppliers who provide great products and service, but sadly, this is not one I'll be recommending.
I ordered bespoke USBs back in April, and it took three months before I received any part of my order. When it finally arrived, the quality was extremely disappointing. The engraved text looked as though it had been smudged onto the wood. The engraving was inconsistent, with some letters appearing blurred, overly dark, or so faint they were difficult to read. It was nowhere near the standard of the products I had received from them previously.
I was eventually told that I would receive a refund, but even that took weeks to arrive in my account, adding further frustration to an already stressful experience. I had to chase every single day and was met with " we will hide our embarrassment and chase the refund".
Had the situation simply been acknowledged with clear communication, explaining that the original order had been delayed or lost with UPS, apologising, and promptly sending a replacement, I would probably have ordered from them again. Instead, the entire experience was unnecessarily stressful from start to finish, and I won't be using them again. AVOID AVOID
