The service has been excellent from start to finish. I ordered several samples, all of which were delivered the very next day, which was really impressive. I also exchanged emails with Maria about my requirements, and she was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and responsive throughout.

Lucky to find a local shop…
I was lucky to find a local shop selling engineered wood flooring. The lady in the shop was knowledgeable and helpful. They had nice big flooring samples to show and smaller ones to take with you. I contacted them afterwards to query things and was provided helpful answers

Wood and beyond have been really helpful in advising us on our order and choosing our flooring. Samples were much better quality than other ones we had! We also required delivery at short notice and they have been great in organising this for us. Cheuk has been fantastic! Can’t wait to receive our order!

Secured Promo over the phone
Ordered samples and were arriving after the promo was due to end. I called up and Cheuk-Lee Liu said I could secure the promo with a £50 deposit. Samples now arrived so will be placing an order without missing out on the promo. Good service.

Excellent customer service
After an unexpected problem with my delivery date, Natalia was extremely helpful and provided an alternative but similar product, with lots of extra pictures etc , which enabled me to make a change to my order within the time frame I needed, and i await a delivery next week, which is great.
