Excellent communication, great choice and fast shipping.

The first product was damaged. The second was never sent. This site sucks!!!!

I am very pleased with the service and the items. I am located in Croatia and through their customer service, I was able to place an order for 6 chairs. All of them arrived by the agreed deadline and in great condition. Many thanks to Brit for the assistance, I will definitely buy from this store again.

Goods delivered as expected and on time. When I had to deal with customer support on a technical issue with one of the products, I received 1st class service and real help, fast.

I ordered a expensive lamp made by "BePureHome" and it ended up being faulty. I got in contact with the support at Wonenmetlef and they immediately sent me a new one (I don't even live in the Netherlands) without hesitation. I also didn't have to return the faulty one. So yeah, I have nothing but positive stuff to say about Wonenmetlef. They're super trustworthy and friendly. I'll definitely place more orders from you guys in the near future! Thank you! :)

I bought a product for the first time from Wonenmetlef.
The shipping was so rapid and packings were perfect.
The only problem was with the product.
It was broken very soon, and I wrote a mail to the Customer Service of Wonenmetlef and the company of the product that if there's any help they can give.
I got immediate answer from Wonenmetlef and they said they'll discuss and find some ways to help. I felt so comfort with their kind respose and their attitudes to help the customers.
and soon they suggested two choices of 'a new product' or 'refund'.
I can feel that they're doing their best to give the customers the best choice for them.
as a foreigner, I was fouched with the services.
and I got no answer from the company's customer center until now :)

WRONG delivery times. They say 1 week and a week goes by. You chance them and they say oh actauly the *** we are ordering from china will actually take 2 months. JOKE. Don't waste your time with this company.

I placed an order in Feb 2th O-67400 and invoice F-85828, Britt, customer service cancelled it in Feb 9 without my permission. She sold the lamp to somebody else.......... obviously that is unethical behaviour. If I have had a formal contract other than online order, I would have definitely sued them. Although I am a big fan of design products, I will never order from them any more......
